   Dr Dyaks, you are getting careless. One diagnostic test missing – very critical.

   Sample: People driving Mercedes E320 doesn’t need a government.
   Observation: Inability to perform simple cognitive exercise.
   Inference: Where E320 is manufactured, their government is a set of hobbit statues, the same statues where Tolkien got his idea on Lord of the Ring – of course the movie version, because this disease prevents them from reading the three books (or any book).
   Cure: This disease is found in cyberspace and transmission is through the key board – so no known cure so far.
   Secret: shh… if Dr Dyaks recommends one palm shoot pill, take a bucketful, okay? Sometimes this Dr Dyaks doesn’t tell the truth, to ensure your regular treatment and fees. Bad Dr.

   The allocation of RM174.082 million from the 2009 budget for the Infrastructure Development and Communications Ministry to implement the approved infrastructural projects was evidence that the government has always accorded priority in the provision of infrastructure facilities in the state.
   This was disclosed by Deputy Chief Minister, Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Alfred Jabu, in his winding up speech at the State Legislative Assembly sitting here yesterday.
   Jabu, who is also Infrastructure Development and Communications Minister, said that the sum was to implement the approved projects under the various programmes, out of which RM115.942 million was provided for the State Feeder Road Programme, RM,1.627 million for the Urban Road Programme, RM25.699 million for the development of the three ports, namely Kuching Port Authority, Rajang Port Authority and Miri Port Aurhority.
   “The other RM1.332 million is allocated to implement the riverrine infrastructure projects and RM11.482 million is allocated for the building programme,” he stated.
   He told the august House, that on road construction, the level of infrastructural development in the state has improved steadily over the years and that was due to the commitment and continuous effort and support given by both the state government and federal government toward infrastructural development in the state.
   He explained that under the state feeder road programme, the allocation given for the year 2009, among others was for the upgrading aof access road to Mukah from the junction of Sibu/Bintulu road to Matadeng junction, construction of Semariang riverine loop road, phase one of the proposed Jalan Pakan/Ulu Julau/Ulu Kota.
   Part of the allocation will be for the proposed slip road from Malaysia/Indonesia border to the inland clearance Depot, Tebedu, Jalan Stapang/Ng. Tamin (Phase I), Jalan Teng Bukap/Braang Bazaar/Bayur/Semadang and the upgrading of Jalan Biawak, upgrading of Jalan Ulu Layar/Ng. Tiga, Betong Division, Jalan Triso/Melebu/Pusa and replacement of temporary council bridges.
   For 2009, an allocation of RM429.74 million was provided by the Works Ministry to allow the implementing agency to continue with the 2009 programme.
   “The sum is part of the RM3.3 billion budget allocation which was announced by YAB Perdana Menteri (Prime Minister) during the presentation of then 2009 budget in the Parliament recently for the infrastructure development in the state,” he said.

   Dear sir,

   While tinkering (struggling) in my Masters course, we had one session called “mind-mapping”. What’s the date today? Last Friday? What did you have for lunch? Ten to fifteen questions. And we, the participants had to answer within seconds. Don’t answer with “…ah..ah.. wait..ah..”

   One of these days I am going to ask educationists, people like Dr John, for the real purpose of that humiliating interrogation. For now, I am satisfied with our facilitator’s explanation; remove the coconut shell surrounding our sights. See the world around you from a balanced and proper perspective.

   As an example let’s look at RM174 million for the road project. According to old estimates, construction right to surfacing was RM4 million per km or roughly, that RM174 million is equivalent to 43 km of road. Mind-mapping prevents me from clapping “hurray..hurray.. we have money for the road!!” Maybe that is the cynic in me; what is 43 km for a place like Sarawak? I am also asking if that RM174 million a yearly budget? No, I am not asking who the “appointed” contractor be; that’s insinuating and it’s bad.

   Of late people are questioning the imbalance between Sarawak’s revenue and the development we received. I am not going to join this group of people. You can accuse me of being a cynic but to be unpatriotic? Never. But I have to admit they have gone through “mind-mapping” without attending a Masters class – how unfair. They can see the billions that have came out of our trees and black gold, but ONLY the millions contra off to our account. Again I am not going to ask if that millions repatriated to the land of the hornbill was properly utilised.

   Maybe it was an extension of this mind-mapping that lead me to another hobby: tinkering with my calculator. Calculators are dangerous weapons especially for people who can use it. For example suppose the day our present honourable CM assumed his post, he proposed an enactment: each year, RM20 million from our revenue must be saved. That was 29 years ago. So RM20 m each year for 29 years, saved at average bond rate of 5%; that’s what Mr Lee Kuan Yew did after he cried in public – the result of being kicked off from Malaysia. So you’ve got the answer? If you can’t use the financial calculator, use Excel. (RM1.3 billion)

   Sir, if using our brains is subversive, we wait until our trees and oil are gone. We wait until the oil palm falls below RM800 per tonne. We wait until our rivers are depleted of all living things (like Klang River). We wait until Dayak lands are under the control of huge plantation giants. On that day, whatever mind-mapping you’ll utilise, it’s no use. Our Apai-apai, our indai-indai have to make a living like me, log in to KLSE, Nikkei, Hang Seng, Straits Times, Dow Jones, FTSE. Sad isn’t it? When the Malays shout Ketuanan Melayu, we applaud for the crumbs. (Commentator Dyaks’s terminology is fierce: Ketuanan Rasuah.)

   No sir, I am not asking you to follow me. Neither could I follow you. My mind still plays “Agi Idup Agi Ngelaban” and the nostalgic meaning it has to our grandfathers. Here we are scared to speak out, scared of the jail, scared of seeing and facing the truth. I am so scared. What is the use of this mind- mapping again, Dr John?

   Kemaya kala sejarah ba menua M’sia orang rumah panjai bubul duit sekayu rumah laban ka ngaga jalai alun kediri empu… tanya orang sebelah Layar… laban sida ke liat ati ka nganjung anak sekula, ka bejual lada, ka nurun ka sepital etc sanggup sida ngaji contractor kediri empu 10sen pun Jabu nadai nulung. That’s why the idea of separating doctor business and pharmacy business come into the light: doctor consultancy vs. medical prescription. If that the case, opening a clinic is no longer profitable unless you ask your mistress(s) to open nearby a pharmacy and share the loot again. Best of all, it’s legal to cheat since nobody bother to check that fake generic drugs too.

   Ah, that fairy tale of Sarawak having all-highway roads! From Serian, Lachau to Sarikei to Sibu as example alone would cost at least RM2-3billion (RM10million per km cost including land acquisition costs) to upgrade the approx 400km roads into dual-lane roads. Take account into 7-8 bridges all along to upgrade, that would half billion RM at cost, total up easily RM4billion for that stretch alone. There are many other major roads in Kuching need to be upgraded into dual-lanes, not to mention Sibu-Bintulu area roads, up to Miri-Baram roads that foresee high growth of populations in next 10 years. Guestimate of RM10-15 billions is needed just to upgrade single lane into dual lane roads from Lundu to Miri (except some minor stretch of dual-lanes such as Bintulu-Miri) as to called a complete Pan-Borneo highway, and that if you still fancy double-lane road good enough as ‘highway standard’ you typical Dayak needs. Wait the minute, that Sibu-Kapit road would add another RM1billion again and remember both sides of Kapit-Belaga river got Dayaks plus Foochows all living, another equivalent highway needed also so add some 5-6 adjacent connecting bridges along the stretch that ‘ll eat total cost of RM3billion and bet your last hornbill feather that Tun Jugah can finally rest in peace after that magic kite ride aka the helicopter. So basically around RM20billion needed for Sarawak to get a civilised dual-lane roads aka ‘highways’ statewide.

   For the record, Petronas made profits of RM600billion since their early operations in the 70s and right until now see what kind of road standards you all been enjoying. Pathetic right? To receive such a looney clown roads in 50 years is as good as receiving RM1 per acre of palm oil returns on your NCR lands after 15 years. If govt can cut on stupid projects such as RM11billion broadband project(govt can always push for nationwide wireless broadband on Wimax rather than making Umno fiber optic supplier rich), RM5billion EPF money (your money lah) crooked to Valuecap, overpriced Nikko radio-controlled helicopter at RM1.6billion toy money cost, that ever-spiral Bakun dam cost after being crooked by Ekran up to RM6billion extra cost, there is no reason for Dayaks to keep eating and worshiping some mystic, slimy fruit kernels to survive anymore other than Sakai Mentality.

   Glorifying that RM174m road projects by J*bu, huh? Arguebly just another proof that stupidity seems having no limit at all given that RM20billion cost(deduct RM1billion for AliBaba cost as usual) for Sarawak roads would require us to wait, say, another 150 years to materialise given by the rate of Politics of Donkey is moving now.

    Very interesting that Sakai Mentality analysis bear some fruits for our thoughts (and laughs too). Almost instantly we received scores of vocal, die-hard fanatics that ever willing to die in the name of, er, Politic of Donkeys not knowingly they just made them the perfect specimens or lab rats for Sakai Mentality analysis. Some even accuse Dr.John for degrading fellow Dayaks but look at the bigger picture then you realise that these Dayak goons of Yang Dikasihi and J*bu (merely less than 0.1 percent of total Sarawak Dayaks) actually commit much bigger shameful act of duping, cheating, robbing over Dayaks for the last 50 years. Now that’s a MISCHIEF, plain and simple. When we try to expose, debate, criticise their plain daylight robery acts, as expected, some sour grapes and endless worshipping to the mystic god of palm oil in vivid technicolor retaliations. Some is paid to whore up here defending their puppet master like commentators *Sulu Ati or its non- proxied in-bred voyeurs. Ah, once a whore always a whore no matter how cheap, right my fellow Dayaks?

    Being a looney blind fanatics can only confirm the Sakai Mentality two most important components: Inferiority Complex and Happy-To-Settle- For-Crumbs test. Another unique characteristics idiotically paraded by these fanatics is that their fear of their own shortcomings (of being terminally ill by Sakai Mentality) that they even mask it using a rather laughable piece of news shits to ever highlight their fake gods. This is a plain denial mode tricks: playing fakes. Exactly the same trick that those North Korea army generals did when appearing in public to prove that Kim Jong Il still alive and kicking: using body doubles or clone robot of Kim Jong Il, as long as the fake Kim Jong Il can wave and speak in public, rest assured the world will listen and made believe to a robot. For that reason, even Yang Dikasihi will using the same robot only with white hair implant(Joe Biden style) and that aviator-rimmed glasses or body doubles, who knows, hopefully to fool us all that a robot CM literally rule us all. But one thing for sure, and long suspected, the tactic of playing fakes being revealed as another debunked myth/ dimension of Sakai Mentality and playing fakes coming in many forms, some noted example:

    1. Forcing unsuspecting, ill-advised, under-duress, with undue influence over Dayak NCR landowners into handicapped plantation scheme agreements. How low can you be to cheat your prospecting client with almost zero English profiency and a longhouse chief is no better than a Yes-Sir parrot.
    2. RM174m road projects being propagated rigorously is just a classic act of playing fake considered that over projected RM20billion needed for Sarawak major roads turned into ‘highway’ standard. RM1billion cost of AliBaba included, mind you.

    For those blind Dayak fanatics worshipping the mystic gods of palm oil, the more you playing fakes the better we can analyse the Sakai Mentality study into a valid proof and more funny, idiotic dimensions can be revealed. Forget some saying like “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool rather than to speak out and remove the doubt.” or some dopes like that. Just continue your ‘resourceful’ comments will ya?     Kalau orang Dayak inginkan kemudahan seperti air bersih dan elektrik 24 jam diberikan kepada semua rumah-rumah panjang termasuk untuk menghubungkan semua rumah-rumah panjang ke bandar-bandar besar menggunakan jalan raya tar. Orang-orang Dayak haruslah mencontohi orang Melayu seperti peristiwa 13 mei 1969, penyokong-penyokong UMNO merusuh dan membunuh ramai orang-orang Cina termasuk harta benda mereka dicuri, dirompak dan dirosakkan oleh penyokong-penyokong UMNO dan disertai oleh tentera diraja Melayu. Selepas kejadian tersebut orang-orang Melayu mendapat hak-hak yang istimewa seperti :

    - Wang dan keuntungan dari minyak dan gas yang UMNO rampas dari Sarawak dan Sabah digunakan untuk memajukan orang-orang Melayu dan Malaya.
    - Kebebasan beragama yang dijanjikan jika Sarawak dan Sabah menyertai Malaysia dibatalkan. Sekarang orang bukan islam dipaksa memeluk agama islam jika mengahwini orang islam, dan juga orang islam akan ditahan oleh pihak berkuasa jika keluar dari agama islam.
    - Orang bukan islam tidak boleh menjadi Perdana Menteri.

    Malah UMNO dan Sultan-Sultan Malaya dengan sangat angkuh melarang semua orang-orang bukan Melayu supaya jangan mempersoalkan hak-hak istimewa yang diberikan kepada orang-orang Melayu, ataupun yang dipanggil Ketuanan Melayu. Jadi sekarang marilah kita merusuh dan memenggal kepala semua penyokong-penyokong dan pemimpin-pemimpin UMNO termasuklah Sultan-Sultan Malaya supaya kita orang-orang Dayak diberi perhatian dan diberi kemudahan infrastruktur disemua rumah-rumah panjang orang Dayak, termasuklah diberi 50% royalti minyak dan gas kepada Sarawak !!.. Bangkitlah semua pahlawan-pahlawan Dayak dari Sibu, Miri, Bintulu dan Kuching, Bangkitlah untuk menyerang dan memenggal kepala mereka sekarang !!

    I heard Alibaba costs more than that, like 40% for each project esp’ly with formal JVs with local partnet like GLCs. Take Penang bridge for example where using a sepcial prupose vehicle saves 900 millions instead of using a local JV company. Is that right?

    Please dont fight. Apa yang kalian dua cakap munkin ada benar dan ada salah. Sorang ingin kan kemajuan srawak dengan cara keras dan sorang inginkan cara yang lebih lembut. Apa pun matlamat adalah untuk memberikan yang terbaik untuk sarawak. Untuk menggunakan cara memotong kepala pada zaman sekarang munkin tidak relevan lah. Kerana undang2 sudah diwartakan. Untuk menggunakan cara lembut pun, saya kurang pasti ianya berhasil disebabkan kuasa di tangan pemerinyah dan bukanya rakyat. Yang pasti menunjukkan kewujudan serta kehadiran kita denga berdemonstrasi aman munkin mendapat perhatian. hantar memorendum untuk menyuarakan pandangan kita secara beramai.

    Kalau ikut cara Brain Slashar, sampai kiamat pun rumah-rumah panjang orang Dayak tidak diberi perhatian !! Saya percaya Brain Slasher bukannya orang Dayak dan juga tidak tinggal dirumah panjang seperti saya !!

    lebih baik orang-orang Dayak mengikut cara penyokong-penyokong UMNO seperti 13 mei 1969 !! Lihatlah segala hak-hak yang istimewa diberikan kepada orang-orang Melayu selepas kejadian tersebut. Malah dengan angkuh UMNO dan Sultan-Sultan Malaya melarang orang-orang bukan Melayu supaya jangan mempersoalkan hak-hak istimewa yang diberikan kepada orang Melayu !!

    Apa yang saya perjuangkan adalah untuk semua orang-orang Dayak yang tinggal dirumah panjang dan untuk anak dan cucu saya supaya mereka dapat menikmati kemudahan-kemudahan seperti air bersih, bekalan elektrik dan jalan raya tar seperti orang-orang yang tinggal di bandar !!

    Saya tidak akan berhenti berjuang, Saya percaya ramai orang-orang Dayak yang tinggal dirumah panjang dan hidup susah setuju dengan saya. MARI KITA TERUS BERJUANG UNTUK HAK-HAK ORANG DAYAK !!!

    Hahahha…munyi baka ke hero. Amai nda ka nuan nya diau aba rumah panjai. Enti amat, nama utai ka ringat nuan agi deh? rumah panjai kitak udah bisi internet kena nuan nganjong reply nuan nya. Amat maju rumah panjai kita nya. Aku tu semadi gawa ba nengeri, nya kembuah aku ulih reply…nya pan tusah ka bulih line internet ba ditu. Nama udah pulai ka rumah kami kin, line handphone pan nadai. Dini endor rumah panjai kita nya? bisi satelit-disc pia? amai jilis aku meda nya…hehehhehe.

    Apu, sigi ukai Dayak nuan tu. Nama nuan sigi berani, udah nyadi headline ba news nuan saritu. nda pia? Kalau you bukan Dayak, tak usah nak memandai mewakili orang Dayak…apa? Ingat Dayak ni bodo sangat ka? Ketawa kedekah-dekah ngapa kami ninga nuan reraoh bejako laut ba ditu..

    udah lelak deka berekak ngau Bujang Berani kitai… ngantuk amai..

    Nuan tu. taja ba forum tu pan nuan udah nyau ambis idea, alu resort ngagai defaming tactics. Apa lagi enti nuan udah nyadi tuai bala Dayak ila? Bisi idea nuan? Mai urang belaya belama aja meh.. nama dikena nuan nupi bala anak nuan ila deh? bala perut mensia ke dibuntas nuan? Amai carnivorous nuan tu…pu neh…!!!

    wey, nama nuan deka ngulu bala bansa Iban, mesti ka nemu bejako Iban dulu. Udahnya ngumpul pengaroh nuan…abis kurang, ilmu kebal. Nggai ke nuan parai timbak pulis budu..pulai lebu kitai…. akai dai..nggai nyadi kerja nya. Kami tu ka aja nitih ke nuan.. nuan ngulu ke kami auk? Udah buruk antu pala ba rumah kami din, ka ngiga utai baru kena nganti, ngiga ke fresh nya… all right!!

    Siapa tidak marah, kalau semua wang minyak dan gas Sarawak hanya digunakan untuk membantu orang Melayu dan Malaya sahaja.
    Siapa tidak marah selepas 45 tahun rumah-rumah panjang Dayak masih tidak diberi kemudahan asas !!

    Ya lah..tapi tak payah lah sampai nak potong kepala orang. Otak tu pakai sikit. Semua orang pun marah sama macam kau. Sapa yang tidak kesian dengan rumah panjang sendiri takda letrik, air bersih, sekolah? Tapi perlu ka mau bunuh orang? Tanya semua orang kat sini. Tanya diri sendiri la…kalau kau masih ada otak, hah, pakai lah sikit. Tak semua masalah boleh diselesaikan dengan potong kepala saja. You pikir2 sikit la. Walaupun otak saya otak beruk, tapi saya masih fikir macam manusia waras.

    Mau berlagak jadi hero pun mesti mau pakai otak sikit tau! Nama nuan nda mereti ko aku, barang ko nuan meh uchak..

    To BERJUANG UNTUK KEMERDEKAAN SARAWAK, Don’t listen to your critics. I am 100% agree with your bold and brave ways to solve Dayaks problems. We have been so gentle and nice to the UMNO/BN goverment, but we still been treated like orang utan. Because only orang utan don’t need clean water, electricity 24hours and tar-seal road.

    The only ways we can have freedom of religion, minority like Dayaks can be a Prime Minister and for our Longhouses to be given Clean Water, Electricity 24hours and to have Tar-Seal road is, if we Sarawak and Sabah get out from this racist Malaysia country and be Independence !!

    LET US ALL SARAWAKIAN AND SABAHAN JOIN TOGETHER AND FIGHT FOR OUR INDEPENDENCE !!
