TO ALL MY DAYAK AND OTHER NATIVE BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF BORNEO (SABAH AND SARAWAK)

1. I am NOT a Malaysian Bar Council lawyer as it would be a strategic insult to be a Malaysian lawyer. There are NO Malaysian lawyers fit to “practise law” and wear robes as officers of the court as they have blurred the lines between the rule of law and thew role of justice. ALL Malaysian lawyers are scared stiff of umno except for the champions who are rotting in Kamunting.

2. I am an American jurist who cares for the abroginal peoples in this world who have been ripped off by governments under the colour of law and human rights.

3. My sympathies and empathies lie with the aboriginals of this world.

4. What I wrote in response to gkm2020 was as a friend wanting, willing and waiting to help you regain and redeem that which you lost. The Nor Anak Nyawai case is the beginning of the end of the umnoputra putrajaya influence in native affairs.

5. You need a Native Court which is NOT subservient to the umnoputras in putrajaya. The present native court system you have has heavy hidden hands orchestrating your fate while grabbing your customary land.

6. The key is for you need to be UNITED as distinct aborignal races.

7. I am willing, waiting and wanting to show you how you can be masters again of your lands and resources. With wealth at your feet, the umnoputras have lulled you into silence by giving you a pittance. 8. Stand up and be counted.

9. Batang Ai should come into your native hands as ALL other constituencies. Any Native who shows support to umnoputras is a two-face liar afraid of his own shadow. I call on umno and its imbecilic “leaders” to challenge me in my longhouse in the United States where we finally put a half-black half-white man in the White House. At least, we still have some semblance of freedom and fairplay in the USA now that the idiot Bush has crawled back to Crawford, Texas.

I call on the umno to take the challenge and respond to this letter as I can prove usucapion and usufructus.

Well said to the point. They do not take up challenges like this. RPK dared them to a public debate. No show. For those that took up challenges made a mokery of themselves. many were named names synonyms to their behavioral patterns.
They crowd among themselves just like a bunch of gangsters, those you see in our towns and cities around Malaysia.
There are just kampong hoodlums, katak dalam tempurong.
We wait to see justice prevail in Malaysia. How and when is a matter of time, to be seen.

Its time for somebody to speak up and stand up to bansa anak sarawak tulin.We have been deprived in almost everything.Our land have been skinned,resources taken and even to the foot of our house.Even to the extend our long house have been demolished.Our people are not immegrants.We live and died in this land of sarawak.Our people have been sideline in almost everythings..wahai anak sarawak..time has come to show that we mean business,give them the indication that we are not sleeping anymore and we are not “yes folks”

I always believe that the discrimination of Dayak or Dayak Right is cannot be solved by PR or BN at State and National level, in my previous comment I always comment that and eager to take the cruelty of BN, umnoputra, Taib and Dr. M to UN. Thanks to Eagle. I hope a beer with you one day.

In Batang Ai, Tuan DO, Mr. Nelson Mujah beambai enggai anak Penghulu Rentap. Nya pengawa Ngudi Menoa. Pengawa sida BN ngamah ka rita ngagai menoa kitai Lubak Antu. Enti kelia nya meh orang ke tau Panchak Bulu, retinya bunuh Idup-idup panchak enggau buluh. Kebuah pia laban orang ke bakanya bepangkat, ketuai menoa tang nyadika Pengudi Menoa.

Enti kelia pengawa Tuan DO enggau anak Penghulu nya ngasuh menoa kudi. Retinya.

Enti bumai kitai enggai bulih padi,
Enti Ngayau ngasoh kitai lesi bebadi,
Anak mit ada lanjur mulan lalu mati.

Tu deh ketuai kayau kitai, niang Datuk Unting udah nadai, enda ka nya empa pengawa Tuan DO enggau anak penghulu. Enti kelia orang tu meh kena rumpak tauka kena kayau laban udah mai pati nyawa.

Nyadi ingat bala menyadi di menoa din, Batang Ai, pengawa perintah ke udah ngudi menoa kitai, especially penyokong niang Datuk Dublin Unting. Kasih tudah Datuk nadai pati nyawa kena tinggang Pengudi Menoa Batang Ai iyanya BN.

if unmo is receptive they would have had shown a positive and well meaning position – long ago. A party thread on the ideal of supremacist would be too insolent to cater for everyone irrespective of race and religious background.

After years of basking their glory in crap – the chance are mighty slim they would change.

Why wait when you have the choice and alternative party.

A very interesting piece of intelligence information which I would like to share with you guys.

The formation of “Unity Government” is in the offing. Is this a form of devine intervention ? Ku Li & PR leaders met until the wee hours trying to tie up the loose end. Ku Li would be bringing in 26 UMNO MPs to join Pakatan.
However still short of 6 to form the legitimate Unity Government. The group is sending feelers to meet Mawan & Masing inorder to close the deal.As part of the deal Ku Li will be made PM for three years, until the next GE. Interestingly the Unity Government agree to appoint Dayak as Sarawak CM and Kadazaan as CM of Sabah. If the deal is sealed before 30/3, the Batang Ai by-election become irrelevant. Stay atune for any new development.

Hi there blog readers and dayakbaru,
i’m a native from Baram and ever since in the frontline opposing the policies of our ruling gov’t.I am very proud to have a jury like Eagle which share the same visions and stands like all of us here.let me put it straight.Get all our younger generations registered and demand an off day from our respective employers and i will be very happy to see a DayakBaru rep winning in any constituency they represents and at the end of the day,WE WILL HAVE OUR OWN KETUA MENTERI and We will have our dreams fulfilled.LET,S CHANGE AND DI IT FAST.
