Effendi- Second Term Senator

I can smell something is cooking in this appointment. Effendi has graciously step down from his cabinet Post earlier in order to concentrate on his business. Maybe the business is doing very well after the stimulus package that he now has time to dabble in politic again.
A brilliant man
A person usually cannot choose to walk in and out of Malaysian politic and cabinet. Effendi is doing just that. Could he be so indispensable that Tun M, Abdullah and now Najib has to rely heavily on his knowledge, expertise and experience OR Tun M, Abdullah and Najib are beholden to Sarawak Chief Minister Taib for his financial support and all.
What is the plan?
Will Effendi be made an interim Chief Minister of Sarawak soon, to provide the space for Taib’s son Suleiman to mature and learn to speak better. In Parliament, Suleiman does not seemed to know how to speak and answer additional question competently.
Well what ever the case maybe, the hand of Taib can manipulate KL easily. PBB is a key “bumiputera” ally to UMNO. Taib ensure that Sarawak provide the support for UMNO tostay in power at Federal level.
What does it means to Dayak
Dayak should not ever hope that BN Federal would be helpful to Dayak. Taib will have his way with Dayak and KL would not say a thing.
Dayak BN is left with nothing literally, just some handout from Taib and then forbidden to say or do anything for Dayak.
That will leave Dayak through their NGOs and community structure to look and defend themselves from Taib’s land development concept onslaught. Dayak cannot expect any help from Dayak YB.
Batang Ai By-Election
BN will want to ensure victory for their candidate – just to keep the BN YB numbers intact and prevent PKR from making any inroad into Sarawak. If PKR win then Taib fort is not invincible after all and that will lessen his power in KL.
By electing BN candidate we will know the elected person will not be able to deliver anything for the betterment of Dayak. We would have another Nyalau who do not seem to know head from tail.
Dayakbaru
Do we know what to do in this instance! We have BN wanting to continue to impose their will on Dayak. We have Taib trying to extend the duration of his dynasty. What should we do?
DAYAK, we must take action at a personal level. Take action to contact your relatives and friends in Batang Ai and explain to them the reason why they should keep all the money and goodies that BN give BUT still vote for the future of Dayak.
ONE DAYAK, ONE PEOPLE, ONE FATE
Dayakbaru – whatever you don’t do for Dayak to make the change it will affect us as ONE people. What ever affect us as ONE people will be our fate.
What is our fate you may ask. We will continued to be discriminate and marginalize upon by Taib and UMNO. We will lost our land. We still be kept backward in economic and social aspect. Our progress in education will be check. Our native rights as indigenious people would be trempled upon.
Now is the time for Dayak to take action
Dayakbaru – do not think for a second that you are not Batang Ai voter that you have no role to play. You have – everyone of us has.
1. You can talk to your relatives and friends in Batang Ai and tell them as ONE DAYAK, ONE PEOPLE we suffer ONE fate. We do not want to be discriminated upon in own land.
2. donate some money to Batang Ai election fund. That will help to cover certain critical services in the campaign activities and that may determine whether we lost as ONE Dayak, ONE People and our one fate!
3. Go to the ground and help during campaigning period to get some votes for our needs. Our need is to improve the respect that the government would give to our rights. Our right to our culture, our language, our land, our education, the rights to determine our future and the right to exist as equal with other races in Malaysia.
YOU Dayakbaru have that duty.
Dayakbaru has the duty because Change we MUST. BN will fool Dayak in Batang Ai with monies and goodies, promises and drinking parties. They will threaten them, blackmail them, buy them and make sure that Dayak in Batang Ai are helpless to even think for themselves.
Dayakbaru must take action to resist this BN attack on us as ONE DAYAK, ONE people with ONE fate.
What Taib want to discriminate and marginalize us Dayak and to ensure that we suffer our ONE fate – we will become a junkie in our own land.
Conclusion
The tears of despair is not what we want to see. The cry of hunger and pain is not what we want to listen too from Dayak in the years to come.
Do not sell our BANGSA. Do not sell our HOPE. DO not sell our FUTURE – as we all have generations that will come after us. They must not suffer the same fate we suffer today. Do not sell ourselves for a few dollar.
DAYAK ARISE and vote for PKR.

If Taib wins in Batang Ai, that will seal Dayak fate. He will use that “win” as a bargaining chip to show off to his KL bosses and get more favours including being left alone to subjugate to Dayaks and impose his absolute will in Sarawak. But if he is defeated, it will be the opposite. Can the Dayaks understand and rise up to claim their dignity and humanity? Can they unite and understand what’s at stake? Well, let’s see if Taib will be given the green light for Dayak destruction by Dayaks in Batang Ai or his greed will be stopped and thus Dayak future saved.
If the Dayaks want to see real change for the better in Sarawak and the defeat of Taib and BN, they will have to stop thinking and acting as Dayaks and start thinking and acting as Sarawakians. Sarawak is not Dayakland. Sarawak is for all Sarawakians. It is useless and a further disaster for Sarawak to have a Dayak Chief Minister who behaves just like Taib. It is not only the Dayaks who have been marginalized by Taib, although admittedly more Dayaks have suffered as a result. Do we want to perpetuate this for our future generations? Let us overcome the divisive politics of race! Sarawakians for Sarawak! Agi idup agi ngelaban!

Ba suratkhabar pagi tu Jabu madah,enti PKR menang sekali tu nya semina mai penyarut (Turmoil-Huru-hara),penyarut nya ila deka nyerayap ngagai Sarawak……..
Nah!….peda kitai penyekut penemu enggau runding akih kitai Jabu tu, enti munyi ko iya tak nadai tau menang orang ngelaban perintah BN. Iya madah penyarut ka nyadi,bah! enda ka PKR udah menang ba sitak Padungan (YB Dominic Ng),bisi kitai meda penyarut ba Kuching diatu,tentu nadai!. Nyadi penemu Jabu tu semina ngenakut ka rakyat aja. Tang rakyat diatu udah enda beli agi baka ka udah-udah,sida ka tuai udah ngasai ka pengelama udah dipegai sida,penyamai enggau pemedis endang udah di asai ka magang,lalu sida ka rebak baru diatu pan nyau udah majak maju ari segi penemu enggau runding. Bala sida tu di kira endang udah cukup ba runding serta bepenemu lalu bisi pengelandik siko-siko,sida udah nemu ari ni penatai sida,udah nemu naka iya pemedis ngemansang ka diri empu sekumbang ka udah di pegai perintah BN ngelama tu,pemanah engau penyai bakani ka chara perintah ngelama tu endang udah di temu magang, nyadi tau enda iboh bala sida Jabu bekerauh kulu-kili madah ka perintah BN bakatu bakanya,orang udah nemu magang. Nyadi anang takut ka jako bala sida Jabu tu, anang takut enti ngelaban sida ka dibuai nyadi TR,ka di buai nyadi Penghulu,ka di buai nyadi cikgu, ka buai kerja perintah, enggau maioh agi.
Okay!!!!…enti bakanya,sida ulih, tang enti kitai megai perintah ila kitai pan tau meh baka setail sida nya. Nyadi anang takut laban ngemba sida iya, nya endang udah pengawa sida ngelama tu,
semua orang udah nemu chara sida ka bebuai ka org,nya meh org takut ngelaban sida ngelama tu.
Ingat meh “WE MUST CHANGE NOW”, anang nganti agi, bai meh bala ka bukai,kerembai ka penemu enggau runding kitai ka udah maju ngagai semua bala kitai DAYAK…..
Pemenang kitai ba pengawa bepilih mit tu ila nyadi ka tanda semengat kita berengkah ngerekai lalu tau dikerembai ka serata menoa Sarawak ka jemah ila, awak ka bepilih besai ila kita udah bisi anak benih di kena kitai bebagi ka leka semengat BANSA DAYAK ka serata menoa Sarawak….

Dear all voters of Batang Ai, I believed there will be a lot of sweet promises by BN during this campaigning (as usual). BUT as we all know it will be just another EMPTY promises. So Dayak, please wake up, don’t be foolish by them again & again….. Our future generation FATE is depends on the decision we make today.

Urang ti ngasoh utai charut nya bala sida BeEnd ari parti ngirup SUPP ba Bandar Kuching, ti deka nguji enggau chara kotor numbang ka tudah Ah Chong ari DAP. Di Ngemah nadai ga kitai ningga Iban nyau ngamok udah G.Adit masuk PKR. Sapa ti ngaga penyarut di Semenanjung din? Pekatan Rakyat (PR) ka tau ka NeEnd UMNO? Tang sida sigi selalu nyalah urang bukai. What man proposes God will dispose. Whatever plan Taib now has for his son will be a blessing in disguise for Sarawak and our nation. Undoubted Dr M, Badawi and Najib are beholden to Taib’s financial support. Bn’s loss in Batang Ai will trigger a domino effect not only in Sarawak but the entire nation and with God’s blessing the oppressed, Pakatan, will win all three by-elections on April 7 2009. God bless all Dayaks to be united in rejecting BN in Batang Ai.
