After the must awaited nomination day, it is now clear that the battle in N29 – Batang Ai seat will be a straight fight between PR vs BN(PRS).

No independent candidate send nomination form until ‘tempoh bantahan’ is over.
What’s Next?
The race is now begins…PR team will give their steadfast campaign against BN. BN maybe looks mightier on the paper because of government mainstream media, but they cannot undermine PR’s ability, else, Batang Ai will be another Ngemah in the making. PR knows how to deal with BN.

Thanks to Mr. JC, I wish Mr. JC could works together with Jawah to throw out the BN.
BN’s only weapon is to lure batang ai people with money, candies, promises of projects, in order to cover the truth and facts of their corrupted and unhuman acts against Ibans / Dayaks
If we Ibans choose to be lured and tamed by money, we can forget about our ancestors’ lands and properties, WE then should all out and vote BN and enjoy another 10 or even 45 more years living such lives

JC, you missed the chance (for not being nominated) as PKR candidate in the by-election but you won the respect of all Malaysians, especially the young generation after you pulled out from the contest as independent candidate. We know that you deserved more than Jawah to become PKR candidate but together we must learn to respect the wish of majority.
Next election will be your turn. We will lobby for your candidacy because you deserved to represent your area as YB. You have had worked for it and continue to do your best helping our people to progress at par with other malaysians.
I have nothing to congratulate you but I wish you can persuade or tell your supporters to vote for PKR, “change we must”.
Winning the by-election is the first step to remove Uban & the Gangs from the Throne. This time they will never again sitting comfortably and will realize that NO man on this earth is invincible who can rule forever.

All races of Batang Ai I appeal you all to vote for Pakatan Rakyat for better democracy.We all want development. Yes development. We also want a DAYAK chief minister. I am not a racalist.Look the malay/muslim always insists that only a malay muslim can be a prime minister.In Penang the unwritten law is only the chinese will be a chief minister.THEREFORE DAYAK VOTERS WHO SUPPORTED BN THINK CAREFULLY.
Nothing proud with dayak politician especially after stephen kalong era,Tun Jugah and Tawi Sli. Even they are not graduated from University but they are true politician who fight for dayak comunity. Now aday we can read only in the history. For examples in the “Rising the Moon” the author Micheal Leigh from Cornell University.Also in the “The Borneo Reponese to Malaysia 1961-1963 by James P.Ongkili the Sabahan former Minister. It just likes a dream. According to history Tun Jugah was the good prospect became a gavenor of Sarawak but reject by the federal goverment at that times….kitai tu patut megai ulu ukai megai mata..sida suba nadai takut bejako they really fight for dayak. hak dayak..even the sarawak as whole.

Even now George Chan dilihat lebih kanan daripada Jabu..tidak keterlaluan Jika dikatakan Jabu hanya mekanisme atau jentera untuk ambil peranan sebagai “Capten perampas Tanah Iban” untuk syarikat Swasta serta kroninya..Sime darby, Tabung Haji,Trade Wind, Shin Yang,Rimbunan Hijau dan banyak lagi…Kalau masyarakat dayak menolak so mereka akan ketinggalan dari segi pembangunan dari dibiarkan menjadi semak-samun…Bagi saya yang sedang menuntut di IPTA..itu bukan alasan yang kukuh untuk membangun tanah NCR dayak sebab ada cara yang lebih baik dari memberi hak kepada Syarikat Besar tapi tuanpunya tanah jadi kuli dengan gaji 16 ringgit sehari. ..Jelas BN tidak ikhlas untuk ubah rakyat Sarawak…Jabu memang tahu itu tapi saja buat bodoh..kerana dapat habuan dari kroninya busineesman misalnya keahlian golf percuma,banyak keistimewaan lain tidak kurang jugak Menteri yang lain..seperti Jemut masing…ini lagi merbahaya sebab dia dr.pakar putar belit.Pembawa perubahan konon nak membangunkan rakyat konon…kasihan juga belajar tinggi-tinggi tapi dipakai oleh kaum lain untuk membolot kaum sendiri..alangkah sedih roh nenek moyang dahulu yang telah meninggal..khususnya Rentap yang bermatian tidak mahu menyerahkan bumi bertuah kepada orang asing sewenang-wenangnya….oleh pemimpin dayak khususnya BN…lebih malang lagi ada setengah pemimpin dayak juga turut terlibat bala tuai rumah bala temenggung..kerana mahukan kekayaan sekelip mata hanya memberi tandatangan untuk membenarkan tanah penduduk diceroboh. Sebagai habuan maka mereka diberi habuan wang..lepas tu bila birthday TYT diberi bintang taat seta dan sebagainya…itulah situasi pemimpin kita Sekarangkhususnya BN yang diberi kepercayaan selama ini….kalau kaum lain bila misalnya kalau ada majlis berkaitan tanah jarang kita lihat majlis beri pampasan tanah. tapi bertukar kepada pemberian tanah…cadangan saya. Sekiranya pemimpin dayak betul ikhlas serakup dayak patut drastik membri grant tanah kepada NCR dayak takut nanti jadi pengemis dibumi sendiri… ti suba kitai kering rita ngayau..nama diatu enda ulih..wahai generasi muda cukuplah nenek moyang..generasi terladahulu dikotak-katikan tapi mungkin mereka alpa disebabkan taraf pendidikan mereka..ingat kes pembunuhan di Niah kerana perampasan tanah NCR dijadikan iktibar dini bc jabu datai ni jemut …ni taib..cukup bukti sida tu enda berani protect dayak…justeru kita tukar angin undi pembangkang..PKR..anggaplah kita menolong orangkita jugak…suara saluran rakyat…

I stand here before you tonite as PKR’s co’ordinator for the bidayuh community.
As such, i will confine my address to the feelings and aspirations of the bidayuh as a community within sarawak … How do the bidayuh feel about their present situation and what do they expect for the future?
To be honest, we the bidayuh feel that, we have enjoyed some fruit of development, but at the same time we feel that what we get is a PITTANCE, the crumbs left by others.
We also feel that we have been discriminated against, particularly in relation to another bumiputra community which is being treated with special favour. We are told by our leaders in BN that we are a united community but the reality is BN have actually divided us among all the BN TAIB MOSQUITOES AND PUPPET parties.
As a result of the inadequate and DISCRIMINATORY TREATMENT ACCORDED TO US THROUGH BN DIVIDE AND RULE POLICY we feel increasingly marginalized.
The BN boasts a lot about its development achievement, but many villages in the not far from Kuching, are still without some basic infrastructures. Some still do not have proper road access. Some still do not have pipe water. Some still do not have electricity. And some still have none of all three…road, pipe water and electricity. Some of the development projects in the bidayuh (Batang Ai?) areas which were supposed to bring a lot of participation from and benifits, to the community ended up as a total farce.
The Borneo Heights, for example, was supposed to provide a lot of employment to the bidayuh. But not so many bidayuh are being employed there and those that are being employed there are offered only the lowest level job, worst still, the project which was to attract a lot of foreign tourists, to play golf mainly, is now only a place where the rich display their wealth, with their big concrete houses in the middle of the jungle. But the bidayuh who owned the land on where the project stand have lost their land forever.
In Mambong, the locals are promised job opportunities from the clinker plant that’s been built in the area. They were also promised that they would not suffer from the pollution (How is Pollution from Btg Ai Oil Palm and logging at Lamanak Ulu?) that would arise from the plant as adequate measures would be taken to prevent such eventuality. But now the people in the villages near the plant have to literally shut their doors and windows against the dust coming from the plant. Instead of benifitting from these project they have become it’s victims.
(And how are tourisms benefitting locals in Btg Ai?)
In the dam project in Bengoh, to provide water for Kuching, which supposedly will need more water in the future, four bidayuh villages will have to be relocated.The government has promised adequate compensation and that it will take care of the people involved. But the villages who had been relocated to make way for the Batang Ai dam and the Bakun dam have all ended up much worse than when they were staying at their old longhouses. Can the bidayuh people who will be relocated as a result of the Bengoh dam end up any better? I think the answer is obvious. Indeed, the government itself has already provided part of the answer. Only recently it was reported to have given out one part of the compensation, for the land that will be affected. On average each family was reported to have been given Rm79,000.00.
Considering the amount of land involved, the amount is really pittance.With the present cost of living we can easily envisage where these people will really end up, in the slump. But a more pertinent question than that of compensation is why should the dam be built there at all. If indeed Kuching need more water, can we not built multiple dam involving other rivers within the region. The Bengoh dam will not only wipe out one of the most beautiful rivers i have ever seen but it will also wipe out part of the bidayuh heritage, in particular those bamboo bridges which crosses the river in various parts. I do not know whether the government has taken these factors into consideration but what is true is that the company concerned must have found the project very financially attractive..It had rush into starting it,s operation even before any compensation was paid for the land and property involved.
On SALCRA(Sarawak land consolidation and rehabilitation Authority), a project in which quite a number of locals have surrendered their land for the plantation of palm oil.The Sarawak state minister concerned recently proudly proclaimed the benifits(dividen) from the scheme that been given out to the participants. But in actual fact these dividens are nothing at all to boast about. Dividing the total amount being paid out by the total number of participating families, on the average each family gets only ringgit Malaysia ninety (RM90) per month.. which is way below the national poverty level. By just keeping his land idle, the owner could get about the same amount if not more through appreciation of value etc.
I could go on and cite other projects that are supposed to be undertaken for the benifit of the bidayuh. I would like to highlight another feeling and concerned of the bidayuh…that is, the feeling of being treated as a second class indigenous people of sabah and sarawak. Infact the bidayuh (other Dayaks?) need the assistance provided under the NEP more than their malay counterparts as they are infact in a more disadvantages position compared to the latter. They have less experience in commerce and industry and acquired modern education at a later date then the malays. But still we are only asking for our due share, no more.
Our land, which is increasingly becoming more sub urban is left largely UNSURVEYED, making our land and our rights to the land vulnerable to the design of greedy and corrupt BN leaders. The reasons which the TAIB BN give for refusing to survey our land and issue documents of title REALLY INSULT our intelligence but none of our BN DAYAK leaders in BN ever spoke for us.
The bidayuh cummunity has made some advanvement, …and not even a third class bumiputra. As we all know bumiputra are accorded certain privileges especially under the New Economic Policy.
But except to the blind of those who choose to be so, the implementation of the NEP has been carried out in a very discriminatory manner against the non muslim indigenous people of Sarawak and Sabah in every field, be it the extending of LOAN FOR BUSINESS, THE ALLOCATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS, ALLOCATION OF PLACES AT THE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING, POSITION IN CIVIL SERVICE, THE MILITARY AND THE POLICE, the bidayuh and DAYAK has not been given their just and fair share. It is as if there is a deliberate CM AND BN move to marginilize them, which is contrary to the public pronouncements of the government. SUCH A MOVE, I SUBMIT, IS NOT ONLY UNJUST AND UNFAIR BUT IT IS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND UNWISE.
The bidayuh like other race need not be an expert to come to this conclusion. Just observe the bidayuh in Kuching, you will find them everywhere, the restaurant, the shop, the hotel, petrol station and car repair shop. But where ever they are, most of them are employed in low ranking jobs. These young boys and girls will end up marrying their counterpart in similar positions. It needs little imagination to see where they will end up in the economic ladder. In other words, the bidayuh are likely to be increasingly marginalized. The trend could accelerate as they loose more of their land, their main economic asset, through acquisition by the government in the name of development or because of unilateral sale to meet essential expenses such as their childrens university fees.
Now, i would like to say some word on the bidayuh political position.
We have six members of the Dewan Undangan Negeri and three members of the Dewan Rakyat. One of the main questions to raise is whether the number of our representative adequately represent us. The answer is very clear if you look at the electoral seats available and the number of electorates in them. BUT MORE IMPORTANT IS THE QUESTION OF PARTICIPATION OF OUR BN REPRESENTATIVES. HOW ACTIVE AND EFFECTIVE HAVE THEY BEEN? On both counts the answer sadly is the negative. News reported during one session of the Dewan Undangan Negeri last year not even one of the bidayuh representative made any speech.What are the reasons behind such reticence? We can only speculate. It could have been a lack of interest on the subjects under discussion, it could have been a lack of adequate knowledge on the subject under discussion, or it could have been the fear of speaking out of tune with the boss. Whatever be the reasons what is clear is that the bidayuh representatives and political figures as a whole has not been effective in articulating bidayuh feelings, concerns and aspirations…which is why i am raising this tonight.
After forty five years of independence, the bidayuh (DAYAK) have made some advancement, but it is far from enough particularly when compared with the progress made by other communities. The measures undertaken by TAIB BN government have tendered to marginalize the bidayuh.
It make promised and poise pronouncements but seldom keep them or adhere to them. The BN in becoming more and more corrupt and inert, cannot bring about the required change that needs to take place if we are to further advance.
Only a party that is truly committed to justice and fairness and transparency will be able to bring about a true Malaysia where each community however small will have its due share of the national cake and a voice in the deliberation of its national affairs…That party is PKR and its partners in the Pakatan Rakyat.
We rely on such party and government to lead us into the 21st century.
Before i close since i am speaking on behalf of the Bidayuh community, i would like to request two things:-
1. That Bidayuh should have adequate representation at our party highest decission making body(mpt) as this will ensure that our voices are adequately heard and that the party will know our feelings and aspirations.
2. That we are united under one common platform (PKR) and it is important that in any elections(parliamentary or state) all the Bidayuh majority seats be contested by PKR.
- NOW IS THE TIME FOR THE BIDAYUH (DAYAK) TO USE THEIR VOTE FOR A CHANGE!

This by-election would provide the turning point for the future of all Sarawakian in general. The Sarawakian chinese (Malaysian) has sent the signal of displeasure to SUPP in the last state election. I hope the Iban voters do likewise and vote for PKR’s Jawah Gerang.
We all inrespective of being chinese, malays or dayaks must vote for change for the betterment of our future generations. We must put a stop to old white hair politics of development like robbing NCR lands to further enrich himself and his families. MALCOLM WILL LOSE IN BATANG AI BY 2000 VOTES NUMEROLOGICALLY!
The Barisan Nasional candidate for the Batang Ai state by-election, Malcolm Mussem Lamoh, finds great comfort in the number nine. “I’m 49 years old, born in 1959, resigned from government service on the 19th (of March). The nomination day is today, March 29 while Batang Ai is state constituency number 29,” he told reporters after he was confirmed as candidate for the April 7 by-election.
Incidentally, number nine is an auspicious number among the Chinese community for it represents everlastingness. With this good start, Mussem is confident of a good showing in the contest for the seat with Parti Keadilan Rakyat’s Jawah Gerang.
On his preparations, he said he had visited most parts of the constituency which has 22,270 people, predominantly Ibans, but only 8,006 of whom are registered voters. An engineer with the state Agriculture Department previously, he enjoys the added advantage of having travelled widely in this rural constituency which was in the hands of three-term BN incumbent Dublin Unting, who died on Feb 24 after a long illness.
“I believe I have a more personal touch among the grassroot people, from the civil servants to the ordinary longhouse folk in the area, compared to the other candidate. “I have direct access to them. I believe my personality can stand on its own but of course the campaigning will be an added bonus,” he said.
He was unfazed by the prospect of facing Jawah, a former five-term BN MP for Lubok Antu, saying :”We are friends but we have different ideologies.”
The Mighty Pen says to Malcolm, since the election will be held on April 7 and April is the fourth month in a calendar year, and in Chinese ‘four’ simply means die; furthermore the number 7 is 2 less than your favourite number 9, therefore we predict that you will lose by a margin of 2000 votes. The meeting was informed that NOT a single school has seen a single sen of the money promised by the BN Goverment for the use of Mission Schools in Sarawak.
Apparently the mock check of RM One million plus remains a mock check to mock the (Christian) Mission Schools.
Can any one believe any of the many promises of BN ministers??????
A glance at the results of the Sarawak State General Election in 2006 as compared to those of the results in 2001 showed most of the seats won by BN had have the majorities reduced.This was contrary to what Jabu had predicted in 2006 that BN would win all 71 seats with bigger majorities. Recently, Jabu had accused PKR was poor in political mathematics when he disagreed to PKR`s leaders prediction that the party would win Batang Ai by-election.
The 2006 election results also showed BN won 6 seats by slim majorities, while some BN top guns had their majorities reduced tremendously.
Based on the 2006 election results, it seems that the peoples` support to state BN has deteriorated, thus more of BN supporters have turned hostile.If this trend persist, we can expect state BN will lose more seats in the coming state election.The Pakatan Rakyat on the other hand has to work hard to take over the next state government.
Let see the outcome of the result in Batang Ai by-election!

1-2 taun ulih menteri besar selangor meri project ke orang batang ai. Ti BN agi merintah menua sarawak sejuk periuk, enti lalu nadai utai dempa enda ngawa, semua Iban ulih berakup nyerang perintah, ti kena cubit mimit mimit baka ke diatu, nya ke tusah, hidup segan mati tak mau. Ba mengeri enda ngacau, sapa2 menang tetap bisi pemansang.
Nadai pendirian ga TR enti enda madah ke sapa ke disukong, ko sekeda. sigi amat. If you think that you know how to play the game, go ahead and by doing so, you win all….otherwise you will regret again until the next(2) generation.
Haii…orang dayak! Think very…very carefully before you doing something very..very crucial for our race.
Winning the by-election alone is meaningless if we couldnt find a capable leader to show us the way.

But bear in mind that, Sarawak politics or rather I would say dayak politics is never the same with Semenanjung. The later believed in Ketuanan Melayu. Whoever win, PKR or UMNO (+ Allies) hak2 orang Melayu tetap dijaga. Hanya orang yang memerintah saja bertukar, corrupt or not that another matter. Nasib bangsa tetap dijaga.

Tang taja pia, minta semua orang-orang PKR baka kitai tu, anang guai manjong di pala wong, anang guai nyerauh jako sumbung. Udah kira undi ila baru tau nyeradak enti amat menang. Nya meh dipinta kitai, ngajih ke BN alah ke sekali tu.
Do you think, Taib and his cronies able to let PKR win this elections? The answer is NO WAY.! He will do anything to win this seat and to gain the voters. By hook or by crook he will make sure that BN must win in this by-election.
How he gonna do? Just wait and see the instant noodles.! Money will played a big role in this fight. Might be they dont mind to invest sum cash money up to 4.5 million just to ensure that PKR win nothing.!
Simple calculations is:
RM4.5 million / RM 1000 = 4500 voters which is more than 50% and can make a BN wion this seat.
What is this 4.5million to BN? Its nothing.!
UNLESS…
1. rayat ba LA amat amat ka ngundi PKR laban deka ke perubahan ke nyengala lalu enggai ke BN laban udah meda bakani pemula janji janji sida ngelamatu.
2. rayat ba LA ngambi angpau tang nyunting PKR ketegal ke udah sedar kediri udah balat ditipu BN ngelamatu
3. tebal agi bala pengundi nembiak ba LA sepenemu enggau bala kitai ba Dayakbaru ke deka meda perubahan ngagai masyarakat Iban
4. PKR pan ulih nyendia ke penyamapu nya tauka lebih mayuh agi angpau ngagai bala rayat.
5. cara PKR bejalai ke kimpin enggau betul serta engkeman ba ati rayat. semua manifesto enggau policy ulih diterima rayat lalu nya ukai mina janji janji bula aja. Enti enda ulih meri pemansang dalam kandang ke serekat (2 taun) tu, anang pandai bejanji madah ke ulih. enggai ke orang lenyau trust ngagai PKR lalu tau mai reputasi ke jai ngagai PKR ke jemah ila.
6. Maya bekimpin, pasal PERUBAHAN ke deka dibai PKR mesti diterang ke enggau manah ngagai rayat. Nama utai ke deka diubah, nama utai ke perlu diubah, nama tuju kitai berubah, nama penguntung kitai berubah, nama reti kitai ngubah perintah, nama kebuah kitai ka ngubah perintah BN ngagai perintah PKR. Nyadi, utai tu mesti dipadah ke enggau silik ngagai rayat awak ke sida ia nemu reti perjuangan kitai dayakbaru ke bendar ke ka ngubah cara pengidup bansa kitai Iban, ka ngalih ke perintah BN laban ke enda ulih meri penyamai serta pemansang ngagai rayat bansa kitai Iban.
7. maya bekimpin ba penyukung BN anang guai lalu bejaie ke BN laban temu sida nya sigi endang taluk ke BN. tang meh kena meh approaching system ke betul kena nerang ke ngagai sida ia nama kebuah kitai (PKR) deka merintah menua Sarawak. padah ke enggau nyentuk ngagai sida ia nama kebuah sida ia enda tau agi ngundi BN. Enti ulih anang agi nguji mai issue tanah NCR kimpin ngagai oranb BN laban semua kitai sama bela nemu utai tu tang mayuh ke enggai nerima ia. giga meh issue ke bukai ke lebih engkeman agi baka pengawa dagang, education bala anank kitai, serta enggau issue ke tau nukar runding sida ia ngundi PKR.

Last but not least, selamat bekimpin ngagai bala PKR di LA kelebih agi ngagai Dr. John Brian, Johnny Chuat, Temenggung, Dominic NG enggau bala bukai ke ulih datai.

Your advice is good, but in politic, if you neither pro one of the political parties, then it doesn’t bring any weight. In BA, it either PR, BN, or independent(but no candidate from bebas). Event if a person is a ‘fence sitter’, but during voting day, he still needs to choose one, else his single vote will be wasted(undi rosak)- if he ‘Xed’ both parties. It can be only one ‘X’.
Common Bro. – just be honest with yourself. There is no harm to declare your support to either BN or PR. Dayakbaru’s readers and commentators wouldn’t hurt you for doing that simple call. It will make democracy more alive and kicking.
BTW, hope you voted before.

There is no point of standing on the fence and just follow others. Sooner or later you will be confused and lost in your own thought. Use your gifted talent and wisdom to help your own people. Stand up now and help and guide your people through thick and thin.
The struggles to victory is not like cooking maggie mee. (Well, that is possible to the alliance since they have the power, might and money). The people struggles will requires constant efforts and times. It could takes years. That is why it is vital to start now. That is also why education is the utmost important to the new generation. The educated younger generations will be able to think for themselves. There will be no need to hold on ceramah or talk to give information to him or to sway his views on certain things. He/she will use his/her own thought and knowledge to make decision. He/she can use web 2.0 to survive.
Our current or older generation only rely on news and information from RTM radio or TV or TV3. What do they get from there? All the good news right? Only one side of the story. Where is the other side of the story?
Give the younger generation exposure to the web world. Use the might, power and money of the BN and entice them to build IT centers everywhere in the rural areas. Soon, their power and money will work against them and everything else will work on its own. Trust me.

If the dayakbaru political approach still use the same tactics: blackmail, revenge, personal attack, divide and rule (you know who is your enemy ba community dayak), I am not surprised PKR will lose the by-election not because BN is strong or blindly supported by the rural folks but rather your outdated political struggle is rejected by the majority.

It’s up to the blog owner whether he wants to make this blog like Harakah (for opposition only) and the Berita Harian (propaganda tool for BN).
At this moment, I am not blindly supporting any political party. I dont want to make myself attach to any party so that I can always write fair comment whenever necessary. And anybody can make his/her judgement whether to agree or not agree with what I wrote here.
If I support party (A), what I need to write here is just to talk bad about my opponents and praise my fellow colleagues or team members, simple isn’t it? I dont think it’s worth, if I feel the confinement to my thinking. Well, it depends on what we want, different people having different ideology.
I prefer to have a peace of mind when writing, and if possible refrain myself from being emotional. However, sometime it helps our brains work more responsively and effectively when someone challenge our ideas.
In fact, I like healthy debate if it leads into good discussion, sharing ideas with our Iban intellectuals…setakat 2-3 kali kena anu senyum aja…and think whether it’s wise to fire back or go for compromise!

What I observed from this blog there is NO change in our political approach. We still use the same tactics: sabotage our own people: sow hatred, condemn, blackmail and all that can befall our own civilization.
Why cant we adopt the western style of politics: giving alternative solutions, show our capable leaders line up, come up with master plan (short & long term) but not the copy and paste manifestoes that you cannot deliver in every election, gather our human resources for each ministry if we form the goverment, and the most important thing is to tell where and how we access or acquire that resources.

Good suggestion there. Dayakbaru stands to be corrected. We are arrogant if we claimed all our ideas all good.
Help us if you can see the future. Don’t let good ideas just evaporated into hot air. Let’s work together to bring change. You and I, and the rest of readers and commentators here maybe can see it, but not all folks in rural fabric can see from the same ‘lenses’ in view of different exposure.
Both of us maybe working far away from our rumah panjai, but the noble call is just help to narrate and articulate the message of change relentlessly. We had to find ways to help them see the positive posibilities. Help them to remove or diminish what they saw as threatening, without in any way changing the truth of the information. This meant encouraging them to look for positive implications.
PR as alternative front only effective in outlining alternative solutions after PR kill the much virulent ‘false hope syndrome’ and ‘piece-meal goodies’ mentality being planted in rural folks for ages. However, we have to do it in a subtle manner, else too many ‘shocks’ will scare people away. Sometimes patience paid for those who endure to wait for the fruits of the struggle although the way to achieve them full of ups and downs.
For that call to be materialised, your help and all other intellectuals also very much needed. Dayakbaru CAN do it, but with you and the rest willing to volunteer as a team it will be stronger and we trust we can move to higher trajectory.

Nya kebuah aku mai kitai ke sama2 meri comment dlm tu pansut magang belaban ngau BN. Munyi ko aku tadi bakih, nti nda ga olih alah BN,DEMO aja kitai ila baka ba Tunisia & Mesir,tetap rari Taib. Dianti mati, mpai ga mati Taib, nyau ngasuh ia bebini baru bakih. Peda kita Jabu ukai main nyukong Taib, pelaba aku nti Taib mati tu ila Jabu ngambi bini Taib, bakani penemu kita bakih….? betul nda. mupuk aku.
