Your analysis is very interesting. However I hv an opinion as follows..

1.SNAP turn their back on PKR..Actually this is a game of BLACKMAIL/ SABOTAGES/ making dramas of Turncoats out of nothing by BN

2. PKR CHANGE STRATEGIES IS BEATEN BY well oiled BN MACHINERIES, MANPOWER, $$$$$, teamworks, abuse of GOV’T transports/ machineries .. if want to play on level field, the opposition n Bn candidate must be given 50:50 chance to use the Gov’t facilities, TRANSPORT (remember Gov’t is not equal to BN as Govt r all paid by tax payers money!)

3. 90-95% of Propanganda machines are monopolised by BN thro’ Radios, Tvs, N newsprints. iS THAT LEVEL PLAYING FIELD? . Meanwhile Internets is uneffective to LA ‘cos 80% or more voters don’t hv this facilities n don’t know how to use it, even urban areas are not so good penetration of this.

4.’People wanted change’ ..penulis tu nemu endar mengabur mata pemacha neh! People want a more effective usages of TAX payers $$$$ instead of stolen by cronies, lanuns or whoever in power. Look at so many Turnkey projects..the actuan price by open tender is only 40% of turnkey.

5.”Looking Beyond”..pemerhati politik..Do you really want to see 40% segment of Malaysians marginalized, deprived irespective of their originalities. Do you really want to help the rich n wealthy only?

6. Indeed it is people like permahati politik who only see all the Nyallaus type as good but all the Jawahs as bad. Yes, it is easy to see the small specs in other’s eyes but impossible to see the BATANGS IN OUR OWN EYES.When Jawah is with BN then you say he is VERY GOOD. If Dr Jba is with bn SURE YOU ALSO SAY HE IS GOOD!

7. On the other hand it is true that Mussem L hv SMILING face, seem approachable etc. But will he speak for d rakyat? ncr to be given titles to improve Dayak land values?

Being Iban themselves, AYa Abu, Aya Awan and Aya Asing & AYA Arok have exploited this noble tradition of ours solely to gain their political advantages. Other non-Iban Ybs have been taught about this TULAH idealogy who are always agreeable especially when it comes to pursue their political idealogy.Therefore, numerous gifts being handed out during election periods so that it looks nice to our tradition as perceived by older folks. These older rural folks, being uneducated and always unwilling to open their ears to the educated ones,are ever willing to give back more in return. They are afraid of being TULAH in the later days.

Being poor without anything else to offer, the older folks would readily return a token gift in the form of “VOTES” to the candidate. However, the younger Ibans would not fall easily fall into this outdated culture of ours. As result, we do not feel TULAH would befall us even after we have received something from the candidate especially when we think of the logics surrounding us.

This could possibly be one of the reason for the remarkable increase in the majority of votes in the LA by-election.

Dr JBA, please never give up… for we have just started the “CHANGE WE MUST”

P/S. At least my RM10-00 investment managed to bring back RM80M to the people in LA.and after ONE YEAR from now I am happy to see that there will be at least 80 Ibans millionaires in Lubuk ANTU. When the time comes for the State Election in 2011, another 80Ibans millionaires in the constituency. So , it cannot be a futile fight by your TEAM, Dr JBA.

Talk to our parents and our relative on our point of view. Convince them why we need to change. Once convinced, they will spread it to others.

Talk to our “Tuai Rumah”. They are actually the key to BN success. BN had been using them effectively as thier powerful tool all the while.
We need to turn that around if we are to succeed.

If we believe and sincere in what we are fighting for, then don’t forget to pray as well. Let the “KENYALANG” of the dayak baru be the greater simbol. Greater than the “dacing”. It is a symbol of dayaks unity.

However, don’t be disappointed it is not the end of the world. We have only lost the battle but the war is still very much ongoing.
