   K’jaan akan membina lapangan terbang baru yang lebih selesa: KM

   MUKAH: Kerajaan akan memperuntukkan sebanyak RM200 juta untuk melaksanakan projek pembinaan lapangan terbang baru Mukah, kata Ketua Menteri Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud.

   Beliau berkata, lapangan terbang terletak di antara Mukah dan Oya itu bakal menjadi kemudahan bertaraf moden yang mampu menyediakan keselesaan kepada penduduk dan orang luar yang akan berkunjung ke bahagian ini.

   “Saya dengan sukacitanya mengumumkan peruntukan RM200 juta untuk membina lapangan terbang baru Mukah.

   “Projek ini akan dilaksanakan secepat mungkin dan sebahagian daripada program pembangunan kerajaan di bawah Rancangan Malaysia Ke-9 (RMK9),” katanya.

   Beliau berkata demikian dalam Majlis Pecah Tanah Pusat Pentadbiran Baru Mukah, di sini semalam.

   Hadir sama, kedua-dua timbalan beliau Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr George Chan dan Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Alfred Jabu Numpang, Menteri Pembangunan Bandar dan Pelancongan Negeri Datuk Michael Manyin, Speaker Dewan Undangan Negeri Dato Sri Mohamad Asfia Awang Nassar dan Ahli Parlimen Mukah Dato Sri Dr Muhammad Leo Toyad.

   “Kita amat gembira dengan peruntukan yang disalurkan kerajaan pusat itu. Ia menunjukkan kerajaan pusat begitu komited dalam membantu kerajaan negeri merancakkan lagi program pembangunan,” katanya.

   Pusat Pentadbiran Baru Mukah merupakan salah satu daripada usaha kerajaan merealisasikan projek Koridor Tenaga Diperbaharui Sara-wak (SCORE) di wilayah tengah Sarawak.

   Bangunan setinggi lima tingkat yang terletak di atas tanah berkeluasan 15 ekar itu bukan sahaja menyediakan ruang pejabat yang lebih selesa kepada Pejabat Daerah, Sesco dan RECODA tetapi juga menjadi salah satu pusat pentadbiran terpenting di kawasan tengah Sarawak.

   Projek yang dijangka mengambil masa dua tahun itu dikendalikan sepenuhnya oleh Juara Cahaya Sdn Bhd.

   Menyentuh tentang SCORE, beliau menjelaskan, program pembangunan kerajaan itu akan menyediakan sebanyak 1.5 juta peluang pekerjaan berbentuk perkhidmatan, pembuatan, perlombongan, pembinaan, pelancongan, perikanan dan pertanian pada tahun 2030.

   Justeru katanya, ia memerlukan tenaga kerja di peringkat pengurusan dan profesional seramai 69,000) , pekerja separuh mahir (337,000), kejuruteraan (143,000) dan juga tenaga kerja yang tidak mahir (946,000) dalam 10 jenis industri yang telah diberi keutamaan iaitu industri berasaskan minyak, aluminium, besi, kayu, kejuruteraan marin, kaca, pelancongan, ternakan, perikanan dan akuakultur.

   “Sehubungan itu, amat penting bagi ibu bapa menggalakkan anak-anak mereka melanjutkan pelajaran selepas tingkatan lima dan enam sama ada di institusi pengajian tinggi (IPT) atau di institiut latihan kemahiran untuk pre employment training (latihan prapekerjaan).

   “Perubahan minda juga perlu dilakukan sama ada oleh ibu bapa maupun pelajar sendiri agar jangan bergantung harap kepada untuk bekerja di sektor kerajaan saja kerana hakikatnya ialah bilangan pekerjaan di sektor kerajaan terhad. Peluang yang lebih luas adalah dalam sektor swasta,” katanya.

   Sehubungan itu Taib mahu golongan belia menumpukan lebih perhatian kepada bidang pengajian sains, kejuruteraan dan teknologi bagi membantu Sarawak menjadi negeri perindustrian menjelang 2030.

   Ujarnya, dalam fasa kedua pembangunan Sarawak, kerajaan negeri akan mengeks-plotasi sumber-sumbernya ke tahap maksimum dengan menggunakan teknologi canggih.

   “Kita memerlukan lebih banyak penyelidik dan penjana dalam teknologi tinggi, sekiranya kita mahu mencapai hasrat dan menempatkan diri kita dalam pasaran dunia,” katanya.

   1. What do you think about the Bumitra in Sabah and Sarawak independent joining the Federation Of Malaysia in September 16, 1963 ?
   Worst. Worst than colonialism .

   2. What do you mean by worst than colonialism ?
   Non-muslim Bumiputra lost everything to the Non-bumiputra. During colonial we lost only our people for fighting, but now we lost everything to non-bumiputra, our unity, our land, our right, our politic, our logging, our economy, all has been eroded to non-bumiputra particularly to the Chinese.

   3. So you regret Sabah and Sarawak enter Malaysia ?
   Not only mine regret but all the non-muslim Bumiputra who are understand the real situation in Sabah and Sarawak especially genuine educated non-muslim bumiputra.

   4. What situation you mean ?
   Non-muslim Bumiputra being bully and discriminate by non-bumiputra through their greediness and corrupted democracy. You can read my article on “Mimpi bertemu enggau orang Panggau” for detail.

   5. If you not agree with Sabah and Sarawak joining Malaysia, what suppose it be then before?
   Non-muslim Bumiputra in Sabah and Sarawak should support Sabah and Sarawak joining Brunei, Indonesia or Philippine. Or Sabah and Sarawak shall independent and follow the Brunei, Indonesia and Philippine national regulation to deal with the non-bumiputra. Bumiputra in West Malaysia fail to help or protect the right of non-muslim bumiputra in the two states. If Sabah and Sarawak joining Brunei or Indonesia or Philippine, at least their right, land, unity, wealth, culture, economy and politic still stick to them even though they are poor. The national law of Brunei, Indonesia and Fillipine protect the right of pri-bumi, prevent non pri-bumi involve in politic, building school and set up association on their own to grip the pri-bumi right and wealth. Bumiputra in Sabah and Sarawak joining the Malaysia by hoping that the bumiputra in Malaya can helping them. But now,… no.

   6. What do you mean about this ?
   If you go to Sabah and Sarawak before and after 1963, you can see that how the Chinese grIp everything from bumiputra; their right, their language, politic, culture, land, logging, forest, wealth, economic, trade,,, all of these being control by the Chinese. The Chinese in Sarawak and Sabah only makes friend with bumiputra for the sack of their business and politic. In politic they keep on working with pri-bumi but in business and economy they isolate themselves from the pri-bumi.. Bumiputra in Malaya know it but they doing nothing, although they have capability to help. Instead, some of them make use of the Chinese even corrupted non-bumiputra to help the Chinese taking part gripping all things from the bumiputra. For instance, they joint with the local Chinese to build hydro dam in Lubok Antu and Belaga by forcing the bumiputra accept their offer. Compensate their land only RM$300.00 per acres. This is really ridiculous. They creats MSDS, LNG, Petronas to take the oil without make a proper deal with bumiputra. They open logging company to take log from the bumiputra forest and make use bumiputra as their workers. Hundreds were died from that logging industries without proper insurance. The Dayaks river for drink become muddy without compensation. They take billions of dollars from that business, become multi millionaire without make a proper development to the Dayak. They press and discriminate the Dayak..

   7. What do you mean by National Law in Brunei, Indonesia or Philippine?
   No nation in the world give a freedom to non bumiputra to build their own school in their own language until higher learning, give freedom to form political organization, build housing everywhere, involve in politic become minister. This National law is begins in China and practice it widely and the whole world practice it including India and Europe, except Malaysia and Singapore. In this world beside Singapore, only Malaysia is the solely country give the right to the non-bumiputra freedom in politic, culture and learning. Even white men in Australia and North America against the law to give freedom to the foreigners or non pri-bumi to build school and form political party. In other country including China and India, the non-bumiputra are not allowed to involved in politic, prevent from establish political party, set-up school, form the association, even protect from using their own name, identity and language. In Vietnam for instance, the Chinese come to Vietnam 3,000 years ago, but the Chinese school and identity has been abolished. In Philippine more than 15 millions and in Indonesia more than 20 millions Chinese lost their identity to adopt the local bumiputra culture, name, language and way of life, prevent from building school and forming political party. That why you cannot see the Chinese School and poster in Vietnam, Thailand, Europe, Middle East, US, India and other part of the world. But in Sarawak and Sabah, Chinese School and poster overpower the local School and posters display everywhere in Chinese language. But Chinese still say bumiputra unfair and say Malaysia are no freedom. Actually the Chinese in Sabah and Sarawak are truly colonialism trying to push Sabah and Sarawak even Malaysia like Singapore, Australia or North America. They plan to grip power, politic and economy even military force from the bumiputra to convert Malaysia like Singapore.

   8. What do you mean by push Sabah and Sarawak like Singapore, Australia or North America ?
   In those countries, the bumiputra has being killed and isolate from national building, politic and economy. Pri-bumi, the Malay, in Singapore no voice at all in the national building, politic and economy. In Australia the local origins treat like a slave and in US the pri-bumi Red-Indian lost everything and become the burger in their own country. But Singapore, Australia and US declare themselves the best country in the world. We should know that how the white people now a day in Australia and America grip the power, take the land from the native in the past. They hunted the local origin and Red Indian until they almost disappeared from their world. You see, in 1997, non pri-bumi British try to make pri-bumi Chinese in Hong Kong like how the non pri-bumi Chinese in Singapore treat the pri-bumi Malay. The Chinese motherland very angry and take the Hong Kong back.. But if the Malaysia doing it to the Singapore, not only China will not happy but US, British and Australia are going to be mad and will say Malaysia is mad. The Singapore legislative majority are Chinese established the law to enable them to take the right and the sovereignty of the native Malay?

   9. You said, Chinese School and poster overpower the local native, can you explain more detail on this ?
   During independent, Chinese open School for the basic Maderin, open shop house and stand as a candidate in the area majority Chinese, now they are not open secondary school only but building higher institution everywhere, open shop house in rural area where there is no Chinese at all, take a seat from majority Dayak.area. Poster they put priority to Chinese language and other language become second.

   10. So what do you think about non pri-bumi in Sabah and Sarawak then?
   They are worst than colonialism, practice Mao Tse Tong or communist ideology and philosophy. During colonialism time we only lost our people in fighting. Our land, forest, politic, unity, culture, town, business and the country resources like oil and gas still belong to us. Non pri-bumi mainly Chinese only come here and working. Now they take everything from us. Change the history, use the development in US, Europe and Singapore as a propaganda to turn Sabah and Sarawak like Singapore.

   11. What do you mean by Mao Tse Tong ideology ?
   I went to China in mid-2005, one of my engineer friend show me the Mao Tse Tong Tomb at the middle of Beijing Capital. The Tomb about the size of white house in USA.

   “ I still can fell the hunger during Mao Tse Tong, very terrible, he take people wealth and used it for personal purpose. He got more than a thousand wife and more than 300 millions people die unjusticely, cruelly tortured during Mao Tse Tong rule.” My friend said.

   Mao Tse Tong ideology is to conquer others, grip other people right, politic, economy, wealth, land even killing others. Mao Tse Tong actually a terrorist leader in Asia after the World War II. In Malaysia his top man was Chien Ping and in Sarawak his number one man was Bong Hee Chook. This ideology widely practice in Sabah and Sarawak, although their tactic is different. This is very clear happening in Engkilili, Kapit and Limbang. So dangerous to whole Malaysia.

   12. Can you explain what is happening in these three areas?
   They are three constituency in Sarawak, namely, Engkilili, Kapit and Limbang. 90% of the people and the voters there are Dayaks. Comes the Chinese minority used the “corrupted democracy” and takes the politics of that area. Even worst, they form the Dynasty. Datuk James Wong in Limbang voted as a political leader from Limbang since 1963 and give his seat to his son in 2002 who are not understand the needs and culture of the Dayak. In Kapit also the same, Datuk Sung, a local Chinese millionaire, who has been caught due to drug dealer was buying the Kapit seat from the local Dayak in 1986 and give his seat to his son 21 years old in 2002 who are still fresh from school and know nothing about Dayak culture and language. In Engkilili district, one poor Chinese in the area, Mr. Chu Nam, win the seat sponsor by Chinese communities through Dayak party in 1983 after that give the seat to poor Chinese from other area until now (2003), Song District, in 1987 who are totally know nothing about the local. They pretend to fight in the election but in reality they are in the process of transferring the power to the Chinese dominance party, SUPP. They think that they are the hero as a Mao Tse Tong called it but now a day such people are called immoral mafia. Chu Nam takes the contract to transport the palm oil from Engkilili to Kuching for 20 years without tender. He earned about RM$50,000.00 per month from the project. It is the main business in that area. Datuk James Wong used his position to take the logging industry in Limbang from 1965 until now (2003) and earned about 200 millions Ringgit from the Dayak forest resource. Datuk Sung sponsor the Dayak leader to split with each other by promising a great business deal with them.

   13. What do you think about the Malaysian politic in a whole ?
   There are two different forces in Malaysia. One is force from extremist non-bumiputra to push Malaysia become one of the Singapore country, the other one is the force from extremist bumiputra who are eager to see Malaysia like the others country in the world. Another group tries to compromise between these two groups

   Sarawak politic now a day is merit to Dynasty stail. First of all you see the Sarawak Government. Sarawak Independent joining Malaysia on September 16, 1963. 1963-1967 Iban become Chief Minister. From 1967 to 1977 Melanau. 1978 to (2005) now a day still Melanau as a Chief Minister. This Melanau already plan to give his Chief Minister seat to next Melanau. In history this Melanau is a group of Abu Sahap in Filipin.

   Borneo Post July 2005, reported that, a Sarawak Melanau Chief Minister Tan Sri Taib Mahmud urged all Sarawakian accepted the two Melanau politician Datuk Adnen Satem or Datuk Affendi Norwawi replace him. Can you see that. I can call Sarawak as a Melanau Dynasty, Limbang as a Wong Dynasty, Kapit as a Sung Dynasty and Engkili is SUPP Dynasty.

   14. That’s main three main group in Malaysia. Can you explain in detail ?
   DAP with the support from inside and outside non-bumiputra, trying to turn Malaysia more look like Singapore. They make use of propaganda that Singapore developed and progress because of open policy, freedom, no nepotism and so on. But PAS in other word protect the bumiputra right, wealth, politic and at the same time try to push the Malaysia like other countries in the world to deal with the non bumiputra. BN try to make all races compromise. Now a day, the force to push the Malaysia like Singapore, US and Australia are more stronger, they use the word progress country like US and Singapore as a weapon and forget about the progress of the native. Big nations like US and China are sidings them.

   15. In your opinion, what Dayak and other race should do?
   Firstly the Dayak should find the way to unite and unite with Kadazan from Sabah or any non-Muslim Bumiputra in Malaysia even in the world particularly Dayak people, millions of Dayak in Indonesia, keep away the differences, more focus on unity. Fight against the people to split the Dayak communities and come back to the track when we asking for independent. Non-bumiputra should respect and accept Dayak right as bumiputra other wise useless for the non-bumiputra to keep themselves staying in Sarawak during Sarawak joining Malaysia. The non-bumiputra in Sarawak should understand that Bumiputra is the owner of the country, non-bumiputra come to Sarawak as a foreigner or colonial group but refuse to go back to their motherland when Sarawak independent from the British colony, they has been asked to choose whether they want to accept the Dayak privilege as a Bumiputra and categorized as a non-bumiputra or they go back to their motherland together with British or like British. Non-bumiputra accepted the term of condition as a non-bumiputra and respect the right and privileges given to bumiputra includes Dayak. So now they should not question the right and privileges of Bumiputra. Only communist are the people questioning the right of the bumiputra. China, India and Western countries also practice this National Law to give the priority and prevent the right of Bumiputra in their respective countries. Why this law should optional to the Dayak in Sarawak then?

   16. What do you mean by come back to the track when independent ?
   When we asked for independent, the Dayak are very strong and united. The Dayak benefit from independent also very clear. Safeguard the bumiputra right from being taken by the non-bumi and “orang Malaya”. If the governor is Malay the Chief Minister must be Dayak.. Every town we have rumah Dayak, Dayak land and so on. Now all of these lost. So we should stick to these promises. Bring these promises to the United Nation and take back all our properties being taken by the others even use force. We can loss our people but we cannot efford to loss our right as a native. This mafia type of government need to be destroyed.

   17. What force ?
   Can be military or international human right force or something else. Dayak should bring this matter to international law to fight against this apartheid Muslim and Chinese Government in Sarawak..

   18. Can you explain more detail regarding the mafia type of government ?
   We should understand that there are two type of leadership. One is a person who really eager to see his country developed without thinking about his property very much. This person was included Pastor Penghulu Tawie Selie when he become the Chief Minister of Sarawak.. He said to his Children; “ Anak kitai enda tau nipu orang, ngambi utai orang enda beradat, berdosa.…” In other hand, the leader like Taib and George Chan try to find a way to cheat and take a property from other people as many as possible in many ways, revise the legislative, review the national law in other to enable them taking other people wealth and right through a mafia way, they never know about sin, their God is money and property. This is what Taib and Chinese government is practice in Sarawak. They get a power in mafia way and establish the mafia law to take the other people right and properties. That’s why they dropped the Dayak leader like Pastor Tawie Sellie caused they could not practice mafia law in the state legislative to become rich faster.

   19. You mention about Dayak unity in the World, could you explain more detail about this idea ?
   We can refer to history to identify the Dayak in this globe. The word Dayak is usually refers to the Borneo native. Actually it is wrong. Dayak also exist in other island in Indonesia and Philippine, even Papua New Guiny. Matak, Minado for instant stay outside Borneo. There are Dayak in Laos, Camboja and Vietnam. They are similar culture. The Dayak can start to form the association such as Dayak National Organization (DNO), request budget and support from the association in the world, or any world billionaire who are support the association. SADIA, Kadazan-Dusun and Orang Asli Association in Malaysia, Dayakino Association, Matak Association and Minado Association in Indonesia shall be invited to this association to establish and line up the working paper. At the same time, this association can form the political party in different name and participate in the election in their respective area, let say Dayak National Party which is support by DNO. Through this association, Dayak are not only united and strong but more confortable for the Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Camboja, Vietnam and Phillippine government to deal with their problem in a proper channel. Let the future Dayak to think about this.

   20. As Dr. Mohathir Mohammad leave his office as a Prime Minister of Malaysia, what do you thing about him?
   Mohathir is pro Chinese in Sarawak.. Tan Sri Ting Perk King is his God Brother. For me he is the worst PM to pilar the discrimination of Dayak. You see Dayak and Sarawak development is nothing during his time. No Dayak are millionaire during his time. No Dayak businessman becomes cooperate. Dayak more further backward compare with other races. Sarawak is nothing if compare with Malaya in term of development, education and industry. Those industries in Bintulu are their business, Dayak exploit as a cheap workers. In international level he keep on telling other world, Malaysia is developed, rich, good economy, but more than two third of his country Sabah and Sarawak even worst than Vietnam after American War. When ever I go to other nation in Asia, I shy of Mohathir propaganda to tell people Malaysia is rich country. Cos I as a Dayak from Sarawak worst than other people in other countries in Asia.

   21. What do you think about yourself to think all of this ?
   Since I was in secondary school my teacher and my lecturer usually categorize me as a highly self political minded young boy against the ruling government. Some of my friends who are working with the government informed me that my name is in the blacklist. For me, my life is not important, rather my message to the whole world is very essential, particularly to the Dayak.. I just like other people highlight our right being taken by others, acknowledge our people being discriminate by others and exposed apartheid Muslim and Chinese government in Sarawak.. If I can make a book about the politic in Malaysia, I feel that it is the most precious thing I give to Dayak people in my life and my soul will be in peace.

   Pama ga penuyu kitai iban, kitai dayak. Rumah panjai sampai 90 pintu ulih dientak enggau senang tang rumah ke ka sepintu nya nyau enda ulih dientakka enggau manah. Nama nya nyau baka ke ngaga Tower of Babilon deh ungal. Mapab amat kitai iban, kitai dayak tu. Ukai nya pedis deh enti kitai ka enda beleman. Baka ke ngaga langkau umai kitai ke ka ngaga Rumah Dayak nya unggal. Asal meh kitai begempong, sereta dipimpin tuai ke manah. Kada nya bisi manah tuai ke ka ngempong kitai diatu deh unggal?

   I think dayaks number one enemy is MONEY. Any dayak if airlifted and dropped into the thick virgin forest or jungle will survive forever and not bow to any harsh weather condition and also will never afraid of any wild animals.

   Sad to say, when living in the modern society/ civilization most Dayaks willing to pawn their pride for even RM5. The moment that RM already became his possession, he can be cowed by his master. When most Dayaks earning a living dependent on somebody’s fortune (like a cleaning fish swimming alongside the shark), dayaks’ symbol or landmark inevitable sink into the sea bed.

   Understandably, most dayaks are poor and always desperate to save money for the rainy day that’s why chipping a few dollars in support for the association is beyond their dream. This is the situation where we easily sell our pride and lost the integrity to others for survival.

   Sometime, for temporary solution we invite Ah Seng for a joint-venture, the later always get the best deal because he got the MONEY although without our lands Ah Seng also could not multiply his fortune. If in every JV, we lose 70% of the original cake slowly our share get shrunk until the 30% also all gone….

   Where are dayak millionaires and why they are slow to give assistance and rescue Dayaks’ lost symbol, pride, integrity, properties, morals and bargaining power etc? Dont blame other races if our people eventually get displaced and became kuli king on our lands.

Nadai agi tanah ba menua sri aman endor ngaga pemansang pia? Lapa enggai enda ngerubuh ka rumah nya deh? Merinsa meh dayak tu semampai dikemeli ka orang…..

    ngasai diri berbangsa dayak and as a technical man maianya it is my duty to make Rumah Dayak a reality. nyau besengkang mata serta nyau ka patah tulang belakang ngadu ka utai dipadah ba perkara 1 & 2.

    My point is, enti amai-amai rumahnya dirubuh kena ngaga rumah kedai kononnya lalu ngasai ka pemedih niri ka ia (slama 20 tahun), how confidence are we to develop shoplots within a short period say 3 years. Think ! Don’t repeat the process of hardship in erecting RUMAH DAYAK SRI AMAN. Ba aku maintain ajak rumahnya tajak ia enda besai baka Civic Centre sri aman. Sekurang-kurang ia simbol unity kitai dayak sri aman.

    2. Lot Tanah nya agi ka under RUMAH DAYAK/SDNU?

    3. Amat ka ketuai SDNU pampang Sri Aman semina nerima 2 pucuk surat aja pasal nya? Nama kebuah SDNU pampang SRI AMAN nadai dibai berunding pasal nya?

    4. Nama penguntung SDNU nya ngagai SDNU n bangsa Dayak ba Sri Aman?

    5. Berapa lama sida SDNU ngaga decision pasal Shop House nya?

    Nya meh tanya ke deka aku tanya ngagai bala ketuai SDNU.. arap ka aku bulih saut ti jelas serta terang awak ka nya nda ngasuh keliru serta tau ngemansut ka khabar angin ke tau mencemar imej SDNU.

    Barang sapa ke nemu pasal utai tau ga magi enggau bala ke bisi berandau ditu.

    Bisi ga aku meda Rumah Dayah di Sri Aman tak udah dikelti ka orang atap.Tang aku enda nemu kabuah. Enti kita bisi nemu tau ga madah.

    Akai dai…..Pedis endar meh ngansak kita Iban ba Sri Aman dia mai siti ramu siku dikena ngaga langkau ke ka mesai endor dapor mansoh nya. Ukai nya memimit iban ba pelilih Sri Aman nya. Sema jaku, enti tugal sida ke lelaki disambung semua, angka tak apus ga Batang Ai ya unggal. Nama kelia nyamai amat matak kayau, nyau bakaridon iban ari nya mansang ngayau ke menua bukai, ngelaban Haja Nyumboh menya. Kati diatu kitai yau enda ulih seati sejiwa ngaga rumah tauka ngelaban munson. Angka amat tusah ga. Dalam selimot pen bisi munsoh.     To all SDNU members – enti bala bloggers bedau ngerijister diri – i urged you to do so.

    Manah amat tanya bala kitai Dayakbaru ditu senentang Rumah Dayak Sri Aman. The sharing on the history of SDNU Rumah Dayak Sri Aman is enlightening.

    Rumah Dayak Sri Aman was assessed to be in poor physical condition and financially challenged to pay the annual assessment rate. There was some serious owing to the authorities and the income from hall rental and other rentals are insufficient.

    All properties of SDNU are controlled by SDNU HQ. In Sri Aman the Rumah Dayak is converted into Commercial Shop houses – for the following reasons.
    1. The shophouse could be rented out to provide a steady income for SDNU Sri Aman Branch.
    2. The upkeep of the previous Rumah Dayak concept is expansive – maintenance, assessment.
    3. we have Dewan Suarah, Restaurant – etc if we need to organize our occasional SDNU public function.

    Update:
    a)The Engineering plan and Building Plan has been approved.
    b) The SDNU offic has been moved to a temporary place awaiting the completion of the building within 2 years.

    Process:
    1)The development of SDNU building were tendered out – with two bidders.The best offer was taken and SDNU Sri Aman interest is still protected by the HQ.
    2)All property development are signed and agreed upon by THREE elected Property Officers Viz: The President – Mengga Mikui, The Vice President – Senator Dato Seri Empiang, The Sec Gen – Anthony Banyan.

    A Ground Breaking Ceremony will be organized by SDNU Sri Aman soon. Once the date is confirmed, it wil be announced.

    Please be assured that the interest of SDNU members is always the main priority of SDNU Supreme Executive Committee (SEC). We must ensure the sustainability of all SDNU Branch.

    By the way, we are making progress on SDNU Rumah Dayak at Jalan Satok as we have got more understanding of what happened. We are committed to see that the issue will be resolved once certain documentation gap is closed.

    Thank you for your interest in SDNU. If any of you are interested to help SDNU, HQ is planning to develop SDNU land in Sibu, Bintangor and Serikei. Please get in touch with me – if you are interested to participate in the devlopment of SDNU land.

    Aku ka ditu bekerja nyadi engineer ba local construction firm. Udah aku macha comment nuan, Im interested to participate ka develop tanah ba sibu, sarikei enggau Bintangor. I have a group of friend, which consist a gradute civil engineer (myself), 2 graduate architects, 1 electrical engineer and 1 town planner. At this moment, we do the freelancing job (pre stage work – designing and planning). But, soon kami ka ngaga partnership company. Ngambi ka proper agi. All of us are Dayak.     Kedai di Sri Aman diatu – with ground floor completed. The construction is going into the 1st floor.

    The SDNU Sibu land has been awarded to a developer/contractor. The development will be called “SDNU Commercial Centre” with approximately 24 units by 4 stories shophouses.

    The development must be completed within 36 months from the date of approval by SPA.

    Bintangor shoplot and Serikei land is still awaiting interested and viable party(ies) to develop.

    SDNU have Siol Kandis land to develop too into Dayak Cultural Centre, shopping arcade, condominium/ apartment.

    Those interested are invited to register your interest with SDNU through Executive Secretary or John Brian as its Business Manager.

    We will maintain transparencies in our dealing. Final decision will be made by Supreme Executive Council (SEC) and potential developer / contractor will present their bid to the SEC in person during an SEC meeting.

    NO ONE or TWO or THREE person make the decision. The whole SEC will make the decision. Under the table money is NOT welcome and may jeapordize your bid as business without integrity.
