Every issues raised by BN has “Hidden Agendas” to destroy Dayak. Please keep in mind of this and always be alert on their new issues.
Dayak student in higher learning has been forced to study Islam to highlight the good of Islam and condemn the Christian. Dayak has been prohibited to use the word Allah. Dayak people listed into stateless or other race. Dayak NCR Land reclaim as a state land. Malaysian Dayak Congress application for registration was rejected. Dayak blogger exposing the BN Wrongdoing at the end stage of Taib Administration are urged to join 1Malaysia in order to drop Dayakbaru claim on Dayak Right.
Drop the term Dayak
Now, Dayak Federal Minister urged Dayak to drop the Dayak term in this globe. It is two points attract my attention from Joseph Entulu. “1. It is time to drop Dayek term and 2. .. there were some Dayak cannot get the bumiputra status in Malaya..”
1. It is a time to drop Dayak term.
Minister, are you sure, it is a time to drop the Dayak term? Have you conduct the professional study on this? If Yes, please put your assessment in public. If No, you are not eligible to highlight this issue. Since there is no remark from you to tell us that this is your personal view, I presume that this idea is come from Federal Government in order exploiting you to discredit the Dayak.
2. There were some Dayak cannot get the bumiputra status in Malaya.
If your allegation is true that, some Dayak were not recognized by Malaya as bumiputra, you should highlight this to Najib and ask the Federal Government to investigate it as this case is against the spirit of Dayak joining Malaysia.
Entulu assisting non-Dayak to grab Dayak NCR land
YB Joseph Entulu, I am afraid that your claim to drop the Dayak Term is in order to assist non Dayak to fail the Dayak claiming the Dayak NCR Land and Dayak Right in 18 points Sarawak Joining Malaysia in 1963. (Who has 18 points Sarawak joining Malaysia, pls put it here).
Dayak Rights may be further exploited
If the Dayak term drop from this globe, it is easy for the legislative to change and exploiting the word between Dayak and other indigenous (Iban) regarding the Dayak NCR Law in Sarawak. Since there is no more Dayak word in font of “Dayak NCR Land and Dayak Right in 18 points, the other indigenous group in Sarawak will cannot claim their right base on Dayak Right.
Conclusion
If base on Iban NCR Land or Iban Right, it will not be accepted by the government and not relevant any more. This is probably a long term planning of Non-Dayak to destroy Dayak. This issue has related with 1Malaysia and listed Dayak into other races as a Stateless.

Only a Dayak can destroy the Dayaks. We have to resign to the fact that no matter how evil is the intention of ‘others’ who want to destroy the Dayaks unity, but if the Dayak themselves not myopic for personal gain, the community as a whole will stay intact.

Before you Dayak like Yusof Ain’t Ulu feel ashamed for being uncivilised, think back what Dayak did and always favours to other people since the days of Brunei rule, the White Rajahs and now Uban Rajah. Dayaks sacrifice a lot and lose a lot, often serving the occupying enemy for being sold-outs til now and now Dayak on the brink of beggars at own backyard.
Dayaks are too kind, a lot. Listen to Jesus a lot, like slap my right face give my left face to slap. But it was Dayak did all the favours, like for example during those days when the Chinese parents discard their female newborn babies for being bad luck and only keep their male son as their golden kids, most of these ‘unlucky’ daughters being given or adopted to Dayak families friends.
Anything bad, unlucky always the Dayak will get the sticks. Still the Dayak accept it. That’s why Chinese must be very thankful to the willing kind nature of Dayaks that save the lives of these many Chinese daughters or else many of them left to rot in nearby jungle or kebun. No surprise if Dayak have some Chinese family members. That is all part of ‘forgettable’ piece of untold history of how superstitiously ridiculous Chinese can be even to their own flesh and blood and luckily someone else can carry the bad luck away on behalf and that is give to Dayaks.
Of course this kind of untold practice is a joke now. Luck or curse or gift can befall anyone. Just like for perceived as backward, other races also facing the same stigma but still not at a point of disown your own term of reference. Sometime ago even James Masing lamented about the term ‘Lakia’ as offensive term for describing Dayaks but as mentioned it was Dayak Lakia that wipe the arse of the Chinese from the bad luck.
Yusof Ain’t Ulu’s reasoning for dropping Dayak term actually the exact thing that made Kalong Ningkan being ousted, for being a Dayak. The term Dayak itself unfit, uneducated for power and rule, which cast the doubt if non-Dayak rule is much better like Sarawak we live now. The hate for Dayak already began since day one. But only the Dayak can serve the Dayak own enemy to deny the very right of the Dayak, which is a pittance as you all can see. For all Dayaks here, continue everything about Dayak. Gawai celebration, Kumang etc just do it and no moment of respect unless it is all about Dayak. Who give a damn about Dayak if not Dayak themselves unless a Dayak traitor said so to stop everything about Dayak.
We all should rest this case and move on. Lakia, backward, uncivilised or what, don’t give a fuss about it. We know how deserved the Orang Asli as the origins of Peninsular natives made the Sultan royal family of Malaya but one Orang Asli did mention: Let it be. We all gonna die and return to the land. And that is what Orang Asli hold for even they experience much worse discrimination over there in Malaya. They exist long enough no matter what, you are what you are all dead rotten back to the ground. But when you start killing your own, what is civilisation for?

It is reported that you denied what you were supposed to have said, about dropping term ‘Dayak’, in today’s Borneo Post. You did not make a press release or press conference, to publicly press your denial of having committed such a deadly sin against the Dayaks. There were hundreds of dinners. The reporters digitally recorded your speech.
I will only believe you if you ever dare to challenge the report in court. Otherwise, you are a grave sinner to us, the Dayaks.
It could have been possible that you have had a bad day, prior to the speech: no upah from your wife the previous night perhaps; or a near-miss road accident; or too drunk, that you might have miss-said those sentences.
Do sue the Borneo Post, otherwise, though I hate to write it, I do not think that you are fit to be our minister.

If you and your family don’t want to be a DAYAK let it be. But included us who want to be a dayak. Why you,Yusof tulu, we have our brother and sisthe in KAMATAM,Indonsia.They joint during us during gawai dayak and other dayak funtion(DAMA)who themslave a dayak.I been there they put a Dayak poster,art and sigh.

Today Borneo Post (http://www.theborneopost.com/?p=51579) makes an interview report that majority of non-Dayak support J. Entulu Drop the Dayak Term without consider drop Chinese and Malay Term and replace with mother tongue to identify the race.

In this context of Borneo Post Report, my comment regarding YB J. Entulu is being exploit by non-Dayak to destroy the Dayak to avoid Dayak claiming the Dayak Right that has been taken by non-Dayak is prevailly true.
Actualy this is what happen, that borneo post never report:

It was not the intention of Joseph Entulu to initiate an anthropological analysis on the word ‘Dayak’ or to provoke a discourse on the socio-cultural aspects of the word.
Joseph Entulu is a political animal, just as much as his masters who had prompted him to make that now infamous statement. The intention is to test the water.
The motivation was purely political, fueled by the greed for power and for whatever else that comes with the position and the office.
During past years (45 long ones)when BN basked in their comfort zone, it was enough for them to keep the Dayaks united (so they claimed)in BN through membership and allegiance to the various component parties of the state BN.
The Dayaks have since become much wiser and they have come to realize that they were infact parcelled out and divided so that the BN government can continue to subjugate them.
This realization has created a new and an uncharted frontier for the state BN and indeed for them, these are dangerous times.
The word ‘Dayak’ is an integral part of the indentity of the peoples who identify themselves
as Dayaks and therefore when used as an identity,becomes a unifying force. And so we see Dayaks putting aside their differences to come together to celebrate their Gawai Dayak and their amazingly beautiful but bewildering diverse cultural practices and traditions.
It is the potential derivatives of the word that frightened the shit out of them.
‘Dayak’ has the potential (as we have seen and now continue to see)to breed Dayak nationalism (in a positive sense)or Dayakism as some would have it. That in turn can galvanize the Dayaks into becoming truely united, politically, and be in full solidarity with each other.
A politically enlightened and united Dayak community can throw out the BN state government.
It is therefore crucial for the Dayaks to recognise Entulu’s statement for what it really is – a clever attempt to fragmentise the Dayaks even more.
It is said that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Entulu’s statement is a manifestation of the greed for power that has consumed the BN leaders and for them, the means justify the end.
But the Dayaks, in particular Dayak voters in the rural constituencies, can do something about this.
You who are feeling upset about this can start telling your brothers and sisters, your relatives and friends in the kampungs and in the rumah panjang about this very evil plot of the BN leaders.
This is not just a fight for political power but a fight of good over evil, of that which is godly over that which is evil.
Saya adalah seorang Dayak dan juga Orang Ulu pernah mengalami masalah tidak diiktiraf sebagai Bumiputra oleh Pegawai Melayu Islam ASB di KL.Kerana didalam borang diisi/ditulis bangsa Kenyah pun mereka tak kenal/tak tahu kita ini Bumiputra.Sebenarnya bapa saya membuka Akaun ASB di Pos Opis dan diberi Buku Simpanan ASB tetapi selepas itu datang surat memberitahu ditolak oleh Pegawai Ibu Pejabat ASB di KL. Mereka suruh saya buat surat Sumpah untuk mengesahkan bapa saya seorang Bumiputra within 30 days. Masalah masa dan kos tambang untuk bapa saya turun ke bandar dan pulang ke kampong menelan belanja beberapa Ratus Ringgit.Maka tak jadilah/dibatalkan dan duit simpanan dalam Buku ASB tersebut pun hangus/lesap tak dapat dituntut balik kerana dikira masalah kos kerugian yang tak dapat dielakkan. Sebenarnya saya pun sangat heran dan sangat marah dengan mereka.Mengapa mereka Orang Melayu Islam/UMNO tak kenal/ tak tahu kita ini pun Bumiputra tetapi dianak tirikan/ disisih dan diketepikan hak bumiputra.Minta tolong YBs pun tak ada guna kerana mereka tak mahu membela nasib kita,itulah peraturan dan permainan hitam putehnya masalah tersebut.
-Permohonan mendapat kerja,Biasiswa dan Pinjaman pun sama tak diluluskan/tak dilayan dan disisih/diketepikan kerana kita bukan orang Melayu dan kerana kita bukan Orang Islam walaupun kita dikatakan kita Bumiputra bukan kerana kita Orang Dayak dan bukan kerana kita Orang Ulu.

Celebrate Gawai pun malu cepat-depat close house dan takut bala kaban belayan saudara sendiri dari kampung datang Ngabang. Leceh lah tengok muka orang kampung minta angpau makan free kononnya. Put it simply, JE is not fit to be addressed as “Yang Berhormat”. He should be given the term “Yang Belik” or “Yang Bodoh”, same shortform (YB).

Contradict to what Entulu has said, I am a civilised, educated, talented and modernised Dayak. I do not feel ashamed as a dayak. I am proud to be called a dayak.
You know why? Because I am not a politician. If I am one of them (like Entulu) belongs to the pak Abu N’pang group, I have to be good at apple-polishing. I have to be good in the art of oppressing, victimising, be outspoken and condemning my own race. By doing this I will be qualified to be in BN forever.
And that the truth nothing but the truth in their hidden agendas to fulfill their political aspiration.
