The NCR Land.

You said “DB more interested on the deal to develop it”. But without answering the question I put above, where do you start?.

One point : No financial institution will develop NCR land cos it has no title (no document to it)thus it cannot be as/a collateral to your loan.

Then your Blue Print should include how to give title to these NCRL. Find an alternative to BDC Sdn Bhd., Pelita etc., the present developer to the Native Land and NCRL.

I can tell you, we are as much as concern as you are about developing our NCRL. We know our right to the land/menua by the TRP system is a much as 80% of our menua : The tembawai, pendam, present location of longhouse, payong rumah panjai, temuda, pulau galau, pemakai menua and rivers/streams. Now, can you give us the hint, just a hint, how to own that much of land with perpetuity title?.

Until you give us the answer, only then me, Dayaklama and rest will find the way BN gomen developing our NCRL is irrelevent.

2. and HOW this NCR land came about?.

3. WHY WERE PREVIOUS EMPIRES, GOV’T's HAS RECOGNISED/RESPECTED IT?

4. WHO WERE THESE PERSONALITIES WHO CREATED A TRP SYSTEM THAT GAVE DAYAK (SEA DAYAK) THE RIGHT TO THE NCR LAND PERPETUITILY?.

Trust me, only those who would answered correctly will find that the Dayaks has more land than what YOU thought of being taken away (if any has been taken away under the TRP system?}.

Even the Brooke and British also provide all those subsidies when they are in power. That is their responsilities towards the people their rule. Every government will surely do that too? Except when we under Sultanate of Brunei.

Being comfort now? Are we? Untill when? While our land being snatched away? While our oil being sucks out and dry? While our logs are cut and carried away? While our gold are dig and now no more? Again where is MDC (Malaysian Dayak Congress)? Does they already being register to ROS? If yes, ready every thing and mobilise from now on to submit the change that young people want to.

This government has been taken good care of you and me especially in providing almost free education, hospitalisation, infrastructure, subsidies, and etc. To add to these, this government BN never fail in giving the rural folks with BONUS, such MRP projects, RM10,000.00 for the extension of the Dewan Kampong, Pemancit racun rumput but excluding racun rumput, Chicks of anak chickens for every housewhole.. wayang pacak, feeder roads, flying Doctor service, treatment water, electricity, 15 sacks of baja urea & and baja composite, anak-anak ikan, and so on and so forth.

To us, we should be grateful to the BN, at least we have seen their track record. Rather than mumbling baka manang nangkap semangat lenyau.

What assurance that the PR are better than the present BN?

The sad thing is we are too coward to admit our own weaknesses. What happen to our brotherhoors better cut it of.

This has cause us to pointing our fingers to the scape goat, an easy way out. Our sincere advised is look at the mirror and take a few minutes to see our own reflections than only we can give a reasonable judgement.

When Changop said those comment below about our community, I find him worth to salute. He wake /woke me up again. But most of us say foul things, filty things against him. And that is only from Changop and yet we cant handle him apropriately. How would we to handle comment from a senior politician, if we even cannot handle (you said that ….) Changop?

People had changed, awaken (you one of them?)
I remember being awaken by a lawyer (1987) some 20 years ago. In a ruai packed with longhouse folks including me, my wife and children, he said” Meri Selamat Pagi”. We laughed until the dog hounding (meraong) at him for it was 9.15 pm.

See, long time I’ve seen our friend, DSAJ that he/his friend/children/constituents/ is almost reaching to the bright light of HOPE at the end
of the tunnel/pipe. He always say “no..your ncr land, let develop it together”.

Eh..b 4 u go with or after him (DSAJ)/them into the pipe, ask him tis “WHY AAH THE MENUA OF YOUR WIFE CALLED “SAMU” AHH?.

To answer whether Pakatan Rakyat is ready to rule or Govern Sarawak or not? Or to debate on NCR Land Matters:

I suggest for those who still supporting BN in Sarawak, you may select any one from any Sarawak State Ministers or even TAIB himself to have ONE LIVE DEBATE between BN and Pakatan Rakyat. May be live telecast in TV1.

Whether BN Sarawak is ready for the LIVE DEBATE or not. From there we assess whether PR can govern the Sarawak State.

If BN refuse, neglected, ignore this challenge, it shows that BN scared of Pakatan Rakyat’s intelligence and ability. And therefore PR is ready to rule the state because Pakatan Leaders are more brilliant.

Come BN take the CHALLENGE!!! For those favour BN, ask the best of your ADUN or Minister to proof your claim that PR doesn’t has capicity to rule the new govermnent by at least PR is defeated in the LIVE DEBATE.

Come on BN State Ministers – don’t be like BN MPs – debateSHY in Parliament!!
