Wow! It is a lot of monies. Though we don’t have any financial certificate background we know it is a large sum. Could anybody tell us how they gain such a tremendous wealth?

Do they struggled and worked hard to earn such a wealths and deserved its, like most of us working days and nights to meet end of the month needs?

Can any soul out there highlight us? Please.

    Saw,

    My God! Tonnes of monies!.
But why Penans are starving to death?. Is this a sign of “How high is HIGH in Sarawak politics?

This company is highly risky as CM is approaching the twilight of political career. Once he disappears from the political scene, though business is going concern, it is still quite doubtful if it could still maintain the business momentum.

For me, politically linked business entity is always risky. Remember ASSAR!.

As a minister in charge of Planning and Resources & Finance portfolios, it is hardly surprising that the government insists on constructing the 12 Dams.

MRM, Of course they do not have to struggle like hell to accumulate such a huge amount of money. Remember, their family members are the main figures in Sarawak political scene, They have hindsight quality information to determine direction of Sarawak progress.

Now, it looks like our CM family are all millionaires. How successful!.

    Cheers…

Well, everbody if it is the case(Robbing/Raping of Sarawak’s wealth in a broad daylight by those above). It does remind us about The Rape Of Nanking The By Japanese. It is near time for us to FROST thier assets after the Twillight years of ditactorship.

Just like what the Laws had done to the assets of those druglords or a ditactor in The Philiphine or The assets of the Taliban in the US, as the case may be.

Politicians are qualified businesman as Mahathir ever said. Take for example Dr.George Chan, Nazri Aziz, Leonard Linggi to name a few, is infact already rich even before joining politic as they have their own business. Now they are even more richer after joining politic which the reason is known to all why people are interested to be a politician. When they can become successful businesman it’s something that we should be proud of.
Again Mahathir ever said that we are lucky to have more rich people around and they in return will help the poor with the taxes that they pay.
When they can acquire millions or billions or even ” lasa ” it’s not because they are robbing the peoples money but they can see what opportunity that the country can give them.

DB mentality may against this as they always see things the opposite way. They may say robbing the country wealth is a grave sin, but God has said it clearly to search, dig as everything are all already provided. I am not mocking god as ever since the mankind have the technology to explore deeper what is store deep beneath the ground or ocean man start to dig everything all out. Those country having technology of know how are more properous than those who don’t have. In this context shall we say that American, British are robbing the wealth of the other nations as they are capable of retrieving oil, gas throughout the world for centuries. Did they really share these wealth equally with the country where they are operating? This is almost similarly in politic for those who are in power is not a surprise that they will get richer.
    What say you DB?

    adl,

This article is not to criticise anyone. I wrote this analysis, based purely on its business activities, performance and investment potential. You make your own decision.

But the personal comment is yours. So you have to substantiate what you say.

–Basically all those bollocks by Dayaklama actually re-confirmed BN’s art of CRONY CAPITALISM and the wonder of MONEY LAUNDERING which is ever-perfected by Mahapokrit himself and being emulated to all his BN goons ever since.

“DB mentality may against this as they always see things the opposite way. –And Mahapokrit now entering another level of crony capitalism and money laundering: exporting these ideas to African nation. Yes, you can franchise evil like KFC or McDonalds. Add a bit of racism flavour (remove, kill the white imperialism etc) and the whole Africa will listen to you blindly and then bring your own cronies to dig oil there (Africa oil reserves anywhere 30 percent world reserves soon) and since the Africans now hate the whites no way for BP,ExxonMobil,TotalFina,Petrobras,Gazprom,Connocco to enter anymore. With Robbie Mugabe as chief liasion confidante, Mahapokrit and Umno will find Africa as another salvation land to escape once Pakatan rule over. With the Africa oil money being looted and accumulated enough, time to splash it again in Malaysia and get BN to rule back. Now will Umno share the oil money with Africa more than the whites colonists before? Will Africa become the new Tanah Melayu Afrika? Come on Dayaklama…it’s all began in Africa-ca-ca-ca-ca-ca-ca…..

CikguIban: “Now, it looks like our CM family are all millionaires. How successful!.”

–Even J*bu praised Yang Dikasihi’s family for producing some of the state’s top businessmen (recalled back the news on Yang Dikasihi’s wedding anniversary, Keluarga Bahagia or something).

Sheikh Seliong: “This article is not to criticise anyone. I wrote this analysis, based purely on its business activities, performance and investment potential. You make your own decision. But the personal comment is yours. So you have to substantiate what you say.”

–Agreed there Sheikh Seliong, and yet JJM famously (and with that cunning wink! and smile) said in Al-Jazeera TV that there is NO crony-capitalism in Sarawak: “No, not that I’m aware of”. <—Add some eerie Twilight Zone or X-Files music please.

Malaysia is capitalist economy. That is why the rich reject communism. In capitalist economy-the poor will be left to rot. They are at the mercy of the rich…Look and read history.
    Who care about us??? Nobody.!!
If Taip mahmud or whoever has lots or tons and tons of money don’t blame them-we are partially to be blamed because we fail to remove him from power.
Look at 1987 election-the role of kumpulan maju-what happened? PBDS died a premature death??

Datuk Taip, Datuk Tiong,Linggi Jugah, james Wong, countless others are multi-millionares not because of their LUCK in Business but because of the “Political power” -we failed to remove these people’.We dayaks must think of how to remove all the crooks in Sarawak politics who are sucking us dry & high. We also need money for survival not only to these selective fews.

    Dear MRM / ALL,

Yes, they struggled and deserved to be in that kinda business.

They also have been struggling paying up taxes to you and me, right?.

Can you struggle, out-struggled their struggle?

Not to worry too much, please! Their order book, current asset may seem to have a lot of money (in billons), but what matter is, what would they end up with during winding up of their company .

Any thing NATIVED, you would be happy, and CMS is a SWAK-NATIVE company. Wish CMS will end up with
    lot of money.

  16. Iban Abroad on August 22nd, 2009 9:48 am

    Uncle Ben,

“Yes, they struggled and deserved to be in that kinda business”.

If you refer this to Taib, I recommend you to do some homework to learn more about good gomen, good leader, good policy. Even read a book of business.

There were a lot of good and bad leader in the past. Read their biography and learn from them. Such as IL in USA, NM in S. Africa, MST in China, MG in India, Adi Amen, Marcos and Suharto.

It well help you to recorgnize power abuse, cronyism, nepotism, corruption, marginize and descrimination.

If you love bad policy you will love bad leader also the opposite.

  17. CharcoalArt on August 22nd, 2009 11:15 am

May be Mr Uncle Ben should try to answer the question himself i.e. why it seems so easy for some people to succeed or who are actually struggling harder without success? I would like to hear the answer fisrt before I comment further.

  18. Dyaks on August 22nd, 2009 12:51 pm

Uncle Ben: “Yes, they struggled and deserved to be in that kinda business.
They also have been struggling paying up taxes to you and me, right?.”

–Just replace the word ‘struggle’ with ‘enjoy’. Should clear up all the questions easily.

for the moment i read bout the article above there no surprise arise from my mind, they rich or they damn rich that will be a credit for them, everyone can get rich or even richest then CMS famili, anyone outhere agree with that rght???
bt the thing here is, why there still no perfect or in good condition road in sarawak?? why there alot native in sarawak out of development, if the answer is because they live too rural, this not a perfect answer, because development never look how rural or how deep in the jungle it is. i have found a road in lawas that never been repaired since years 2006 until now, where CMS cmpany???
how come all project in sarawak under CMS??? this question always playing in my mind, if we say jus because owner of CMS leader of sarawak it sthing unaceptable, why project in peninsular more DEMOCRACY compare to sarawak project, me myself or even all sarawakian never satisfied with pan borneo highway, we the biggest oil production, bt why our people to far behind, if we think all this because of our greedy leader, wo why dont we change our politic leader…we need young and agresive leader, not just can bring development to our beloved state, but also a leader that fight for state right, that meant we have rght to have 70% of our state income that will b frm our oil n gas industry, we not independence 1957, so we have our rght to defend our richestnes..why should we give all of our mney to penisular…
