Puji basa ngagai nuan laban udah nyendia ka palan/ web tu endur bala iban/ dayak bekunsi ka penemu sereta bejurai ka batang pengawa ba bansa kitai. keterubah nuan ngepun ka laman web tu suba, aku agi ingat nadai mayuh orang sangkai ditu.
Aku enggau bala bakih aku ti bukai balat amai enggau naka ulih promote dayakbaru.com tu ngagai bala kaban ngambi ka sida sama bela ampit berita terbaru pasal pejalai pemansang bansa kitai. nya kebuah aku meri cadangan suba ngambi ka kitai ngena mix-language dalam laman web tu ngambi ka ulih acsess ngagai semua tingkat orang. (enti meda mayuh laman web bala iban ti bukai ti semina dominan ngena siti leka jaku aja, eg. english, mayuh enda popular).

2. Dayakbaru mesti bisi fund
We talk about big issues, big project, big crowd..etc. At least, dayakbaru bisi finance kediri empu to run or just a kick start ba sekeda perkara. Mayuh perkara enda ulih digaga kitai kategal kitai nadai cukup budget kena ngereja utai nya laban dunya kemaya hari tu beguna ka $ magang.

Dayakbaru patut nyadi palan ti akademik & intelektual, critical thinking, balance, fact & truth oriented, well presenting, respectful… etc. Paling manah enti isu-isu kitai forward looking lalu ukai kejap mansang kejap surut. Kejap bejaku manah kejap bejaku jai,… etc!
Diatu dah tiba masa nya asai ku DB bisi struktur leadership ti ulih mai kitai kept moving. How to start???? Not a big issue, we have handiful DB blogger to help according to their skills & abilities.
4. Lebih agresif ba senentang pendirian DB
DB mesti bisi pendirian ba senentang isu ti dikerandau ka. suah agi isu ti dikerandau ka nadai temu pun nadai temu ujung. Taja DB tu semina siti platform endur kitai berandau sereta bekunsi ka penemu tang asai aku manah agi enti DB empu ulih meri pendirian diri empu sekali ka nyukung tauka enda lalu meri direction ngagai isu ti dikerandau ka.
Nadai salah ngagai sapa2 ti ka bekunsi ka idea sida udah nya kitai bukai bela meri pendapat tang ba final iya DB mesti meri pendirian ba senentang isu ngambi ka ia enda tegantung belama lalu isu nya semampai beulang-ulang laban empai bisi pemutus.

DB ulih nyadi ka suara hati rakyat, alang-alang kitai udah ngepun ka iya, kitai mesti jamah amat ka nembu ka pengawa ti udah dipun ka kitai enda pia. Too many voice… but only one direction… is good enough.

DAYAKBARU IS TOOTHLESS CYBER TIGER
As I read the first few sentences of your essay in Iban, “Dayakbaru patut diatur kena ngemansang ke Dayak”; it portrays a stream of light dispersed through a prism created a stream of rainbow, but soon diminished with unreplenished shower. This brings the connotation Dayakbaru group is a sinking ship in the virtual world, and will soon swallowed by the Tsunamic power of BN captained by the capable and experienced DAYAKLAMA super cyber warfare.
It is indeed sad situation that Dayakbaru is non existence in the physical world as compared to SDNU, SGA, registered with ROS and located in proper physical address. The idea of drawing up the strategic planning, setting up technical committee and raising the fund is waste of time and bluffing the surfers of this blog. Please Tun_Skrang, don’t pull the legs of the sensible blogger here. It seems that DAYAKBARU is political cyber tool in attempt to harass the peace loving people of 1Malaysia people nation.

Dayak Baru is not toothless.In my earlier comment I put forward a suggestion.We come out with a DB Cooperative Fund at RM 1000 per person,100 members means RM100,000.;200 members means RM200,000.Let us start stop arguing about different views for a while,let us start tomorrow OK.!!!!

you got it wrong! DB is just a platform where comments and views,no matter how different and opposing,are laid bare to enlighten and for all readers to assess and judge for themselves which to agree/disagree with.
The enlightened readers would then be able to decide which side,(BN or Opposition),to support and vote. Their BITES are in their votes.
Imagine if these informed readers managed to convince their uninformed folks in the rural kampongs and longhouses into sharp TEETH! We would see some ‘swing votes’ this coming elections. The VOTES are the Tiger’s bites are.
I could not agree more with observation made by Unggal Anderson Melintang that Dayabaru is nothing BUT a political cyber tool to promote false propaganda among the educated dayaks. If the target group are the educated Dayak DB is bound to be disappointed cos these people knows how to reason things out and will not accept hearsay. But if DB hope to share thier frustration with longhouse folks they will also be disappointed coz they don’t ve excess to internet.
DB forumers will continue thier failed agenda to run down the democratic elected BN gomen…which DL is and wil continue to advocate.

The more you think about to climb the mount of improbable you will keep floundering. Wake up from your dream as the 16 September has long gone. Next general election the states of Selangor,Kedah,Pinang will be won over again by the BN.

Dayakbaru should focus on how to bring/ make their messages reach electorates from all corners of Sarawak. If you can do preaching in all the targeted longhouses during the election period is considered a victory. Winning the election is another matter.
What DB should be aware now, your bad image of “ngelaban perintah” has been strongly planted at most longhouses by the YBs. The clear evidence was the motivational talk which has been rejected by the rural folks upon directive from perintah BN.
Winning the debate here is meaningless if DB could not make their points heard by the kampung folks. Be prepared for the worst, what are you going to do if none of the longhouses (whereby the TR are paid allowances by perintah BN) not allow you to step into their corridor?
Secondly, DB must talk based on facts and should be supported with evidences through slides, power point presentation how the states in Malaya progress well under PKR. Meaning to say, you do more on what the PKR can do wonders to Dayaks instead of telling the bad side of BN only.
Said is easier than done but DB got to change the campaign strategies in order to win more seats in Dayak constituencies in the next election.
NO DB with a right frame of mind dared to tell Dayak voters what wonders PR can do. Reason: Haji Hadi already mentioned and stated clearly that the Dayak not only wear “sirat” but also having “sirat” mentality.Plus the fact that PR partner PAS is pushing hard for Islamic state.These issues are more than enough for longhouse folk to swallow…no necessity to chase out the-so-call motivational speaker.

We all know that when he said those words Hadi Awang was very frustrated at those Lubok Antu voters who were easily hoodwinked into voting the BN candidate to win the bi-election.
You would too, if the voters had chosen the PKR candidate as their YB. Thus, his outburst had been explained and understood and leaves no lasting enmity between him,PAS and Lubok Antu people. But of course BN prefer to drum-up and keep the issue alive, thinking the rakyat are childish fools forever.

You may not realise it but your anti-establishment comments in this blog prompted the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) to consider withholding the study loan facility to Dayak children.PTPTN is changing thier policy to withold the study loan to children of defaulters parent. Is this the type of change you want to see & advocate? See, the sin you committed for your children and the damaged you have done to your community.
PTPTN chief executive Yunos Abd Ghani said this was among the methods being mulled to punish defaulters and this include the Dayaks.

If the PTPTN is indeed considering withholding study loans of defaulters and their children to punish them,it can rightly do so. It can grant the loan to a long list of qualified applicants.
But to blame the PTPTN’s action on DBaru and its supporters is ridiculous. Even more outrageous is when you said that Dayakbaru and its supporters have sinned against their children,when PTPTN is clearly referring to STUDY LOAN DEFAULTERS. And BN supporters are not exempted!!

I know it’s hard to have a perfect gomen but I won’t want the present imperfect gomen to continue reigning our people forever. Give others the chance and share to hentam hutan menua tu, enda pia ku dek deh Igat? Ni nya nyau Taib aja aja ke ka nebang balak ba menua tu.

Besai amat reti jako akiq kitai Hawong di atas nya ba aku. Taja pan iya udah begelar akiq tang penemu iya jauh amat matang ari enggi kitai ke ngumbai diri Dayak rebak baru bepelajar, bepangkat megai perintah, maioh pengelaman bejalai abis menoa orang, boleh utai success nyadi orang bisness.
Malaysian BN gomen has rule our country more than 50 years. Some leaders more than 30 years in the same post until the age more than 70 years. Malaysian BN gomen is one of the longest democratic government in the modern history, along with communist country like China, Vietnam, North Korea and Russia. It is good to give others the chance and share the value.
We heard government and leader have change everywhere, but not in Malaysia particularly in Sarawak. Indonesia has changed the gomen do as US, German, UK, Australia, Philippine, Thailand, Japan, Korea and many others.
The gomen fail a bit and leader make a single mistake, the people in other country will change them. They give the new gomen or leader a chance to rule their country for certain years and if the new gomen fail they will change them again and again. Sometime the old gomen or leader will elected again, where they rule the country again.
By this system, the people can differenciate or test each gomen and at the same time the leader or gomen can do their best for improvement to serve their country. Without change the gomen or without give a chance to other we cannot see the change for better.
This is the situation Malaysian people especially Sarawak people should think of. Chinese, Dayak and Melayu in Sarawak shall brave enough, now, walk together to this new politic to change the gomen or leader when they are too long particularly when they fail to bring development to our country if compare to other country or state.
The idea from akiq Hawong to give a chance to new gomen or new leader is sound very good. Infact, what is happening to develop country now a day. It will give a fresh new idea, new system, new direction to our country and our people. Without changing the old gomen or leader, we will stick to old idea or slow to do reform for the new era.
To change the government is not becos of old gomen is bad and new gomen is good. All gomen are bad and good. They have their own advantage and disadvantage to set the policy and do the development. In this case, the gomen need to change regularly to put the advantage and disadvantage of old and new gomen to balance.
Do not ever say this gomen is good and next gomen is bad until you have the new gomen rule your country.
The main purposes of changing the gomen shall concentrate on giving a chance to others, share the value, punish the unaffective leader, teach the old gomen, test the new gomen, train the new leader, cut off the power centred by one man/group, reduce the economic monopoly, minimise the power abuse, rewrite the politic policy, reconstruct the development and many others. By then, the unaffective leader can work hard, old gomen can change for improvement for them to come back into power.
We have five years interval to make change of gomen, to respect each gomen where we are the ordinary people in a confortable situation to find a good gomen/leader by changing them again and again or give everyone have the right to govern our country.
By changing the gomen, at least we can feel or know that this country is not belonged to one party or one group of people only.
This type of policy in democratic nation shall be put ongoing process, the policy of changing the gomen again and again. Thus country who have people matured in politic, they use their right of five years of election to change the gomen.
The good example is in Japan recently.
I am not really in a good position to support PR cos we never know what will happen later. But I can see that PR with a strong and experience leader as well respect by world leaders is the best opposition party among the previous opposition we have in Malaysia for the people to give a chance to change the gomen.
By then, the Malaysian people especially Sarawak people have good chance or in a correct time to follow the other countries step to change the gomen or give PR a chance to rule the country or Sarawak State in order to do the reform, cut off the power centred by one man, minimise margination among the race in Sarawak, minimise the economy monopoly by one race, do the political reform, share the power, divide the wealth in proper way and top of all at least Sarawak People they know that Sarawak is NOT BELONG to one people or one group of people only.
The idea of giving one man/party rule one country forever is looklike energize the Dynasty type of gomen and not good policy to rule the country in human History. It will enhance the people revulotion against the gomen cos the benefit group will become happier and happier meanwhile the loser group will getting depress more harder until they wake up and turn revolution.
This is the situation practised by the developed Nation and the main reason of existing of democratic type of gomen; in order to give a chance for the people change the gomen regularly.
DAYAKBARU is a platform for us to discuss Dayak issues and those related to Dayak.
After having said that it is not wrong to organize members with the same “objectives” into organization either formal / informal. It is such organization that can move towards more tangible activities and objectives.
Dayakbaru will remain the platform in which ideas could be got and implemented by interested party.
I would encourage each Dayakbaru to do something concrete to improve the Dayak lots.
If BN had developed Sarawak just as West Malaysia, i think the Taib govt.is gone next election. Most rural folks are now still worried about bread and butter, dont care about politics in their simple minds. No Internet access, no newapapers and lucky if they have TV1,2,3 ( mainstream media).Detractors of Dayakbaru like A.Melintang, DL and TR are already worried about this little wave created by a bunch of DB bloggers. There is no guarantee that by changing the government will make dayak better off ,if we do not change and make the necessary effort to improve ourselves. The current government is actually a very good government if compare to our neighbouring countries.Every body is coming to our country to work in various sectors and this shows how good our country are, compare to others.Not only that but many others inclusive of prostitutes also did come to our country because there are a lot of opportunities here.
The dayak will never be better off if we think that somebody or a new government will help us or set policies that will favour dayak because it will not going to happen in the near future. I’m pretty sure that if we change the government the new CM will not going to be Dayak and will be never better than the current Government.
I’ve been living in Semenanjung since schooling days and working here until now for about more than 25 years and from my observation many malays in semenanjung are well to do because they are really benefiting from the government’s policies set by Malay leaders (UMNO), especially the DEB.Most malay kampung houses are really big especially in such area like Johor , Malacca, N9 and etc.Most kampung are having very good roads and provided with water and electricity. This is because their leaders are malays and most policies are favouring malays but not bumiputera like we Dayak.
The best we can do is to take whatever opportunities that we can grab. As I mentioned earlier there are a lot of opportunities in malaysia. We must have the approppriate skill through better education to grab all these opportunities.The chinese in semenanjung always says that chinese pandai kira that’s why they are very progressive. The chinese never ask or hope for others to help their communities. They always help each other and they have many persatuan, pertubuhan set by them to help each other. They are always a very hardworking people and in semenanjung they have a lot of ladang getah , ladang sawit and ladang sayur. Many chinese and malays in semenanjung are having a ladang getah / sawit the size of 50-100 acres and all this will generate good money monthly with most labour are foreigners.
Dayak should follow their foot steps and work very very hard to gain sucess.All these can be achieved through good education ,through good knowledge.If you do not have knowledge you cannot plant good oil palm or rubber or sayur.We dayak always blame others, blame our leaders, blame other leaders and blame history except ourselves.Dayak should stop blaming others especially those educated one because you will never gain anything by doing so.Develope your own NCR land. You don’t see any idle land in semenanjung but you can see temuda everywhere in sarawak which show that we dayak are not doing enough.Although the temuda was created by our aki ini but the new generation should have better ideas to make full use of these opportunity.

I am quite agree with Iban Abroad in concept of gov. Thinking of changin things from old to new. Keep on renewing our lives.
We don’t have to compare to Afganistan, Myammar, Iraq or Palestine.

Simple Dayaks are not dreaming or talking of winning big time at national level politics and government,though undeniably,they very much love to see the current BN government changed. IT HAS LONG OVERSTAYED ITS WELCOME!
What really trouble them is the present State government.
It is obvious that,although a Bumiputra/pribumi and majority race in the state,the Dayaks have been unfairly treated,side-lined,neglected,deprived,….be it in government jobs and promotion,in education,in social standings, in their rights as people of this land,in economic opportunities and business. Even their ancestral rights are threatened by the current State government.
The sad thing is that the Dayak ministers and YBs are party to all these troubles and set-backs that they have endured far too long. THIS STATE GOVERNMENT HAS ALSO OVERSTAYED ITS WELCOME.
Dayaks would love to see a change.A change for the better for themselves.A change of government. And if it later proves to be just as bad to the Dayaks as BN,then we vote them out too. Nothing wrong! Besides what have we got to lose!! Who knows: we may have a lot to gain!

Alots more people now realised (after seeing and studying the eposide in PR control states) that things is not so rosy as earlier perceived. Some Dayak intellectual felt that Pakatan may not necessarily the best option for the Dayaks community…only a small emotional bunch thinks that PR is the answer the Dayaks delimma.At the end of the day we only hurt ourselve and live to regret we go aginst the establishment.

For the moment we can see that all of our thinking and mind set (Minda Kelas Pertama)is still below standard that DR. M wish to our all a few pass years ago.We still argue and still do the same thing.We want a different not argument.
We know that evolution take times.In fact of that,strategies must done.We plan to fail if we fail to plan.
We know that our mind set now are moving towards.We have been studies the cultural and movement of our own fate and how others conquiries us.We got land,oil and gas but all the benefits are going to who is not belong to be.We must stand together and fix it together.
