Always expect Makan free. Always expect free pocket money like jobless anembiak expecting other working siblings relatives to give him money until he got own job. But keep on waiting lazily playing lepak around the kampong…it’s ok because he is jobless and always get others to feed free money.
Are you cacat
That’s pathetic. Are you CACAT? Do you have arms and legs and brains to work out for own money? Blame God for bad weather? Rush to gomen like your own mother crying for baby breast milk? Thankful to govt dept for being caring? That’s their job otherwise what are they doing? You know, like Bomba. Fire accident maybe act of God or arson it is all Bomba officers job to defuse fire because that’s their job and get PAID SALARY for it and not necessarily for SLEEPING ALL DAY LONG or climb to the roof to rescue some kitten.
When should you expect to get free money
Anything considered as Act Of God can expect automatic subsidy or compensation? Being jobless due to laziness is also Act Of God? How about being stupid also can get some free pocket money subsidy compensation? Yes, STUPIDITY IS AN ACT OF GOD ALSO, AND MUST BE SUBSIDISED AND COMPENSATED. When you’re stupid, can’t think with full conscience the decision is right or wrong it’s ok because you can expect to be paid for being a stupid.
Mind to pay back
Now you glad can get some free pocket money, mind to pay back? Why pay if it’s free, right? (Unlike most Chinese, usually Dayaks never pay their due) It’s lucky to get such free money. And yes Dayaks, it’s an act of God to be lucky as well which grants you free money free subsidiy and readily compensated. Rest assured it’s all an act of God. Like what would you think PTPTN ever get the RM18 billion study loans back? Yes, suck EPF funds for more breastfeed money again. RM20 billion more? Act of God said yes.
Dayak can survive without BN – look at history before Malaysia
So just cry for subsidy regardless of a genuine act of God, I’m not as hardworking and smart as Chinese, being lazy, being unlucky or best of all being stupid. All must get subsidy and compensated with. Sympathise it to make it real. Not CACAT but cry for CRUTCHES. Dayak survived thousands years ago before BN and what would you think Dayak cannot survive without BN for next thousands years from now?
Pathetic mentality of BN supporter
You plant a weakling mindset to the Dayak that insecurity is solved for as long there is BN subsidy? Being weak is an act of God also? Nope, being pathetic like Dayaklama mentality is an act of God? Go figure, Dayaks! You Dayak are not as CACAT as you think, or least as what Dayaklama want you to believe as DAYAK CACAT.

From the beginning I sense that u the beneficiary of government project. Lucky you.
We expect the government to give opportunity to the rakyat in term of business and support. Any government would be expected to do that.
But I don’t expect the government to take the rakyat land by paying only RM1200 per hectre in compensation and someo only get “tungkus asi” for the land taken by government just because the land has no title. Do u that is the right thing to happen to dayaks?
I believe that you can still survive without that subsidies but i doubt that dayaks as whole can survive if their land are taken by government and its land grabing machinery..the bif taukey. Where will this poor famers plant their padi and other crop for survival. How about farmer’s children and their children to survive when they have no land to live on
Since my grandfather’s time, we have relied on subsidy, yes . To help us get started etc. But, THIS IS THE JOB OF THE GOVERNMENT WHO HAD BEEN ELECTED TO OFFICE.The bigger questions, where does the lion’s share goes? It’s not a sin to get subsidy but it is a sin when one’s life depends on subsidy like certain group of people who controlled the mechanism how subsidies are distributed.THIS IS WHY WE MUST CHANGE! Subsidy or no subsidy, surely this is where the BN implementation system is corrupted.
The diesel subsidy,for example, has been misused by local fisherman to make easy profit.Govt. continuous distribution of such subsidy is pre-medidated or what?
When we talk about subsidy, many of us here still think that the subsidy money is mainly come from the gomen. What a shame statement. Don’t you forget that we always pay taxes to the gomen each year.
The money being used by the gomen a a tool of subsidy was actually ours/rakyat money. It is not a big issues really if gomen helped back the rakyat…
I do not think negative of the subsidy provided for our rural farmers. I have the same benefit years ago in my brother in law pig farms in my longhouse. I provided the initial capital for building the infrastructure and the Agriculture Department offer to subsidise other things like water tanks and cements and ofcourse, their free consultancy and trainings. I believe that is a great thing we should expect from the government and its agency not just handing “ang pows” during elections. But of course, after 46 years of joining Malaysia, we should be expecting a much better things and at par to those available in west Malaysia (education, health care, economic opportunities, social development, etc). That is for the Dayak intellectuals to think it out and deliver to our people. A bold confrontation with the government would not benefit anyone.
It seems that we like to equate the government of the day to be synonymous with the government administrative machinery, although they are somehow related because ruling political parties do influence them.
Are we saying that when PKR take over the government, all the current government servant resigns.
I don’t think so.
We have to learn to differentiate that if we want to bark at the right person.
Even rich farmers in EU and US are subsidized in one way or another. They may not come as direct subsidy such giving seeds and fertilizer etc., but they may come in the form of susidizing the price of input such as fertilizer, fuels, tax rebate and etc.
Subsidy come in many form and in fact most control commodities such as rice, sugar and also our hospital fees, water bills,education fees (I don’t mean private university and hospital) are all at subsidized rate. Semua orang sigi bisi minta subsidi, bula sida PR nya madah ka subsidi tu utai ke enda betul. Nama utai ka dipinta sida ia ari PR deh? Enti enda madah minta tu, minta nya. Anang ka bejai orang ka kayanya, orang politiknya, dalam PR nya orang kaya, orang politiknya meh megai semina nama sida ia ke enda sebaka, tang tuju sigi sama. Sama ka ngenyenang ka diri empu magang. Lalu nama agi danti deh, sama2 kita bakanya ngiga ka diri empu.
Enti nuan bisi nemu kaki olih ngemaju ka ekonomi terus ka dia meh, kongsi ngiga jalai ka kaya.
Perintah danti nuan nyuruh kaya sigi enda, nulong nuan mimit baka subsidi olih meh sida, tang maya nuan nyual hasil nemu meh nuan ngelimat belanja tauka nyimpan puku baru kena ngemesai ka projek nuan. Enti nuan tan Ati lalu berani ngaga projek ke besai bisi chan kaya meh unggal.
Nya aja meh ba pikir Dayaklama, enti salah tau bom kita lagi aku ngebom baru ga.

To me subsidy money is come from ‘rakyat’ as general because they contributed through by paying such taxes. Simple and easy to understand.
Next year Malaysia will have their own F1 team.. What an achievement.. Need a lot of money? Yes, about RM300 million per year. Is that a lot of money? Yes, only the one that who do not know math didn’t understand that figure. Where the money come from? Of course from the ‘rakyat’ as usual. Taxes money, EPF money, saman money and etc… Do you think that unggal Tony Fernandez really want to invest his own pocket money to this F1 team? No way man! Business is always a business… Profit comes first, less money out, more money must in.. So, my fellow unggal, gomen do give subsidy to almost everything using ‘rakyat’ money. They urge rakyat to work really hard for the country, using KPI and so on but at the end easy thinking just ‘blown’ the money like that.
If the present gomen really sincere, why not given higher dividen to the EPF each year instead just give average 5% yearly.. Think unggal…
Don’t melit yourself, what else to think. It’s all in that cycle until we die.
People power- people money- Money put in bank-Bank use money to finance someone else-Someone else pay money back to the bank with interest-just like you pay your house, cars, loans and so forth-Banks use against to finance others- and got their money back with interest-bank make profits-Gomen get money from banks-given project-rakyat vote gomen-you work put money in bank-Bank give small interest-your money use by bank to finance others- bank roll your money and get profits.. so and so..what to think just work. Same with your EPF money gomen use that to finance investment, if not how to pay your EPF bonus?

‘Melit’ terminology is not something new.. Every sector or subsector or individual use it to gain more profit.. I know that unggal..
What I’m concern about is for such a long time, gomen do give little dividen to every Malaysian employees. Isn’t each one of us deserves more from the gomen since we already ‘Merdeka’ for more than 50 years. To finance good potential project with that EPF money is good but the things is sometimes gomen use that money to bailout failure GLC company such as MAS(before Idris Jala day). So unggal, isn’t it a loss for all Malaysian.. Penusah kitai bansa ianya kitai ngumbai semua utai diberi orang(BN) nya projek. Mimit aja utai diberi ka kitai kitai udah ngumbai orang nya lurus ati. Subsidy from agriculture Department kah ?
Subsidy from District Office Kah ? It’s not wrong to apply for it and especially if you have friends as unggal DL, his former classmate as AAO he can help you a lot this is nothing to do with BN/PK this is for old time friend sack If for me I too will help you with my capability and position in office. That’s what friend for.
What change the people want here is the Politic party who is in power act as “lintah” have to go and to be replace with a better one with Honesty,trustworthy,transparency,caring …etc etc.

Ba penemu aku, whatever government, whatever they preach, they may not be able to exclude that “welfare” element in them. Just like in Penang for example, if the family earn RM500.00, the government top it up with another RM200.00 inorder for them to get out of the poverty level of RM700.00 income per month. Enggau duit bantu nya tadi, they hope to achieve o% poverty. Is this subsidy or assistance? This is food for thought. Just want to say Dayaks are not getting enough help in the form of subsidies from the ruling parties in Malaysia because when we built churches, we spent our own money,but not when mosques are built. It’s rakyat money, right Dayaklama? Just because I am dayak, I have to spend my own money to worship and yet fellow Muslims( born as Malays,etc. )dont pay to worship. Is this extreme opinion? Malays realised this but what do they care? What can dayaklama do for Dayaks in this aspect since he is so close to BN gomen?

Nama runding nuan DayakLama. Kati di Pulau Pinang ngau Selangor ke dipegai perintah PR agi bisi ke subsidi buku text, subisi gula, subsidi minyak, subsidi ubat di rumahsakit diberi perintah PR.
Enti sema agi bisi diberi subsidi nya baka negri ke dpegai perintah BN reti nya perintah PR pin ulih ga meri subsidi baka perintah BN. Lebih manah gi ti di Selangor ai pin diberi percuma.
Dayaklama, kati ba senentang rega gas setong. Di Sarawak sampai RM30 gas setong. Nama kebuah di Selangor semina leibh kurang RM20 setong. Nama kebuah nya lebih rega di Sarawak. Gas dikeluar ke di Bintulu tapi rega di Selangor lebih murah agi ari rega di Sarawak. Nama kebuah? Nya meh ia laban lintah lintah nya ngisap darah bala rakyat.
Ukai semina ba rega utai kitai dinsap lintah BN. Tanah2 rakyat abis diinsap sida Lintah BN. Sampai bisi rumah dipanjai ditebang. Bisi keda bala dayak ndai agi kawansan endor berumah laban tanah diambi perintah ngau company ladang.

Manah amat penemu Igat DL nya. As an Akiq, I love this kind of ‘makan free’ concept. Always ask and ask even when one can afford them without asking. Save the one in hands and try to grab the one that can be asked, evn when one is accused ofdepriving those poor farmers. To me, it’s an opportunity to get the best out of whoever rules the State.
Some people are simply smart farmers who could even produce cockerels that could lay eggs. This is the kind of mentally I would love to see among the farmers. Follow the way of DL and ask whatever you want and be daring or tebal muka when asking from your area AAOs. They are willing to help if one comes sincerely as a true farmer. If one is lucky, one could get a cockerel that could lay eggs or even a couple of anak ikan empurau to be reared in the pond plus some fish food.
Baka gas ke mar ditu ari ba WM, reti nya kitai subsidize sida Melaya ga. Sapa enda ke ka ngambi puting ke RM10 ari urang Sarawak deh? Kada enda ungkos ngangkut gas ari nyin deh? Anang ka asa ati nyepi menua tu ke diau ba atas lapis minyak/gas. Utai nya sigi dangkut ke seberai dulu; udah nya baru angkut kitu ga awakka mayuh agi urang ampit puting rega iya ulih ari ngangkut enggau nyadong iya.
Nama enda meh ke dibeli ngena subsidi diatu? Enti dalam taun 60an, kitai meda sida dulu din beangkutka menari enggau katil tilam dunlop maya udah terima subsidi getah kawin. Aku tu menya pen bisi ampit meh. Aku bisi meli peti menyanyi enggau duit nya laban deka ningka lagu IndoSetan. Sida ke bujang nyau rajin agi ngayap laban deka nyepi katil tilam dunlop anak dara.

Do you think that,a new government cannot provide you a better subsidy.Plse always think of that.Why don’t you think, as the new government always serve your better than ever before in the term of sudsidy.

Dayak Baru for most of the times have come out with FACTS and FIGURES but they are those who kept on rebutting with their denials.As said earlier they are terminally ridden with DDS (Dayak Denial Syndrome).
Yes, very true some of us are indebted to subsidies and probably are being ‘subsidised’ for putting their comments in this blog.
Little do they realised or know how over the past 46 years we have been marginalised,denied of our rights as regards to infrastructure and basic amenities development.
They should travel more within the State to see the discrepancies between Dayak areas and non-Dayak.But when they do go around please make sure that they don’t go BLINDFOLDED.
