   Aku arapka sida uchu ditu ulih control emotion sida iya. The better one controls the emotion, the more mature one is. Anang tak deka munyi ke belaya baka ke maya udah NYA IYA BULIH ngirup ai Yoko Yoko. Nya meh, bisi kedua kitai ditu bendar amat nganu sida Uchu DL, Changop, Unggal Agom etc. Enti kitai beserege betunga mua, kati nya bisi berani kitai deka mengkolka kening sida iya?Aku enggai bula, sigi ngeleput pehir enda tepansutka jaku, buah hunding deka nganu sida uchu. Aku nadai tulang danjong bebukot ditu laban nyau udah tuai, jari nyau keriut. Bedau terengkah ba kening, jari nyau udah ga kena ketis sida uchu ke rengkar agi nya deh.

   I agree with you doctor John. No name please. Otherwise we will keep on unbalanced in our judgement

   Eventhough how emotional is the topic.

   But that its! Reality really hurt. But with a sane mind to think positively for the betterment differentiate us from. It is a terrible world outside, dog eat dog the law of the jungle applied.

   A bridge too far is indeed but a civilised mind is needed to overcome it.

   I think that most of us in this blog don,t use the real name, so it is proper to response to that nickname. But if the real name in use we better not call him bullshit or what so ever just reply his negative point of view is enough.
   If I use nickname Apai Sali here I still smile if you call me stupid because Apai Sali deserved to be call stupid in our legend.
   DL and DB, anang ngambi ati ti pangan bisi bejai enggau jako ke jai ditu laban kitai tu sama bansa mungkin sama peturun aki ini laban kitai enda kala betusut.    While DB continues to sing their slogan “Change We Must & Dare To Dream” DL had actually made the killed without much undo.

   1) First they formed a Task Force Committee on Elimination of Racial Discrimination headed by Mr. John Jamban and endorsed by Yangdikasihi.

   2) DL managed to persuade Yangdikasihi to write to PM to resolve controversy surrounding Bumi status of Sarawak native before the next state election.

   3) Yangdikasihi somehow listened to the recommendation made by DL pertaining to yesterday cabinet line-up.

   A) On the cabinet line-up DL had put up some recommendations to neutralize PKR growing influence in certain constituencies.
   I must say Mong was included at the 11th hour after DL intervention. Yangdikasihi had wanted, after a strong lobby by some quarters to appoint Balai Ringin Assemblyman YB Snowdon as Ass. Minister. DL urged that if Mong is not chosen/appointed he or BN may not be able to defend the Bkt. Baguanan seat in the forthcoming election. We told Yangdikasihi the ground swell is favoring Jimmy Donald who is slated to contest on PKR ticket in Bkt. Baguanan. He finally relented to our request beside the fact that Mong is the more senior. Mong’s appointment naturally strengthens his position and there is no where opposition PKR can create an upset.

   B) DL insisted than Dr. Rundi should be elevated. DL impressed Yangdikasihi of the possible threat pose by DB’ boss Dr. John Brian who is almost certain to be PKR flag bearer in Kemena. Yangdikasihi agreed with DL’s view that if not appointed the voters in Kemana may switch their aligned to the opposition. We informed him that PKR is making inroad into BN stronghold of Kemena. With Dr. Rundi’s appointment as Ass. Minister, Dr. Brain may consider switching or looking for other seat (not Kemena). Needless to say Rundi’s appointment also boosts his chance of increasing his majority.

   C) Yangdikasihi, I must say, is under tremendous pressure to drop the party-less Larry S’ng from his cabinet line-up. DL explained that the timing is not right to replace Larry as the ground information suggested so. Voters in Pelagus still need Larry who can continue to bring in more development to the constituency. Besides another PKR strongman Frankie Bedindang will be contesting there in the forthcoming election. Only Ass. Minister can effectively neutralize PKR strong presence/influence in Pelagus.

   D) Intelligence gathering done by DL pointed to the fact that Kakus seat is quite venerable. Incumbent John Sikie PRS/BN appears to be losing some support/ground there. According to intelligence information gathered, the prospect PKR candidate Dick Sekalai has been aggressively moving on the ground. Beside we told Yangdikasihi to pacify disgruntle PRS members, hence the need to appoint one of the longest serving DUN to the post.

   E) I told Mawan to only submit Peter Nasian’s name for Yangdikasihi’s consideration. He obliged and Peter is among the new faces. Partly to inform DB that SPDP is truly a multi racial party. DL hoped with his appointment Peter can crush PKR Garinda Aing to loss his election deposit in Tasik Biru.

   So DB with the new faces in the line-up BN is confident for yet another land slide victory in the forthcoming election. Never mind it’s not too late, if any one of you “want to be on the right side of history” enroll to join any of the BN component party now. DL is more that happy with 4 dayaks (70%) out of the six new faces in the line-up. Beside DL helped to pass intelligence information to Yangdikasihi and also neutralized PKR strongmen Jimmy Donald, Dr. John, Dick Sekalai, Granda Aing & Frankie Bedindang.

Nama tuju ka nanam sawit enti bagi enggi sida ke bempu tanah nya nyau semina ka baka sema kitai baka mukut ba tisi gantang, ka mesai tinga, ka mesai empeleman deh! Enggi sida menyadi aku di menua din ke nanam kadiri empu, sida numbuk nyau beberap tan buah sawit. Dividin ke diberi ngena konsep 60 taun pen nyau nadai rengong agi. Sigi amat untung kitai nanam kadiri empu.

    Dear Dr. John,

    I am ending my part of giving my views and opinions in this discussion on Land Development for Dayaks with the following notes:

    a. Quote from the Sundaypost November 15th 2009 on Wiping Out Poverty.

    “I always start with ‘do not let poverty be an obstacle to a better life.’ It sounds hard but I have to let them know the truth and always believe one has to be a bit cruel to be kind. – Dayang Rohayah Awang Tahod, assistant community development officer (Mukah Division). I wish there are more Dayang Rohayah or the likes around.

    b. Never give up. Keep on doing what you are destined and anointed to do until the AIM is achieved.

    c. Establish a credible and effective organisation or company to spear-head your mission.

    d Employ smart strategy and approach. Win over friends and foes alike, including the big chinese-malaysian companies. The more there are people on your side the better chances you can win.

    e. Use love and compassion to fight and win.

    f. Be professional and focus on the tasks on hand, while never lose sight of your mission and aim. Don’t let emotions, distractions and diversion take away your energy, attention and time.

    g. Be happy and forward-looking with hope and faith (confidence).

    h. Prepare a guide for the long-house people to act and face Land Development Ministry staff, Land & Survey staff, LCDC staff, Plantation staff, DO and so forth. Keep on educating and updating them on matters relate to NCR land and oil palm plantation. The lists of actions to be taken on: a. Negotiation – all relevant points are to be covered and written in black and white. b. Complaints. (1). Report of complaint to Police. (2). Report of complaint to DO. (3). Report of complaint to NCR Consultancy Sdn Bhd. (4) Report of complaint to MACC, etc.

    i. Establish agents or ‘company representives’ in the longhouses/villages and keep the communication on.

    j. Search for dayak role-models on modern land development and ask them to support your mission.

    2. As our friends say, talks are cheap, so are words. It is actions, actions and actions that count.
