Come to the major towns in Sarawak, and one can see the palaces where the Malays live on the outskirts of these towns, whereas 30 0r 40 years ago, one could hardly see a concrete Kampung house, even in Kuching. But if one cares to go to some Dayak kampungs, around Kuching city, like Tabuan Dayak, Stutong, Stampin, Sungai Tapang and Sungai Apong, to name a few,you'd be amazed to see the stark difference, compared to Malay residential areas mostly found in Petra Jaya area. Dayak populalation in Kuching city,are also found mostly in "low cost" housing estates, like RPR Batu Kawa, Taman Malihah and others. The Malays also form an unfairly huge numbers in any governmenr departments,GLC, statuory bodies, throughout Sarawak. The Chinese own most of the big companies, head of big coperations and banks, apart from owning 99% of commercial properties. The Dayaks (especially the Ibans) are mostly employed by coffeeshops and shopping complexes (owned by Chinese), employed as semi-skilled workers or manual labourers in the construction industries, and security guards. If one happens to spot a Dayak (Iban) name on a shoplot's signboard, it's likely that it is a karaoke outlet. I wonder what's going to happen to the Dayaks thirty years or even less from now when all the other economies in this region have started to overtake the Malaysian economy. What has happened to the special rights of the indigenous people of Sarawak as enshrined in the state constitution? Are we still as equally Bumiputera as our Malay and Malanau friends with whom we went through thick and thin together right from the time of the Brooke rule, through Japanese rule and the British colonial rules, until we were finally independent in Malaysia? He was in full control in actual fact but he failed miserably as a great leadership of Malaysia for 21st century. He had missed his chance foreverly. Today global world, Malaysia is in a MESSY position because he did not lead Malaysia eqaully well for all Malaysians. From education, National & States governance civil departments, racial & religious separation & conflicts, unemployments, low standard of living, white elephants projects, poor foregners investments, high nationa & states crimes, talents brain drains, illegal influx of foreigners, corruption & many more with etc etc... Therefore I can only conclude that he is actually an UNMO PM & all the Barisonal National conponent parties are just selfish & surrendered working under him like SLAVERY for 22 years! Any sitting Malaysia PM with very rich in National & States' resources are capable of building any Mega-projects such like twin towers or Putra Jaya meaning/planning for 100 years. He had neglected Johor State growth & deveolpment cum economic prosperity for too long & that's make JB is so poor & bad shape right next to the first world City State Singapore which was once as only a state in Malaysia with nothing in natural resource but human brains! He is afraid of Lee Kuan Yew at the expense of Johor State!
