BN acted like a spoilt brat again

Dayakbaru: When BN lost Perak, they did all sorts of things – just to get power, and yet proclaimed that BN is strong. Now in Kedah – if BN is so strong why not just follow the High Court decision. What has BN got o worry as the federal government is BN and they have all the tax payer money for them to spend in an election. BN can create many things – to scare off the people not to vote Opposition. Now why do we see such a pitiful action of “appeal” and “crying” from BN?
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 20 – Mahkamah Tinggi akan membuat keputusan Isnin ini berhubung permohonan penangguhan yang difailkan oleh Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR) terhadap keputusannya mengisytiharkan kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Kota Siputeh, Kedah sebagai kosong.
Hakim Datuk Alizatul Khair Osman Khairuddin menetapkan tarikh itu selepas mendengar penghujahan panjang lebar daripada Peguam Kanan Persekutuan Datuk Kamaluddin Md Said, yang mewakili SPR dan Sulaiman Abdullah, peguam bagi Speaker DUN Kedah Datuk Dr Abdul Isa Ismail.
SPR memfailkan permohonan itu pada Rabu lalu selepas Alizatul mengisytiharkan kerusi DUN itu kosong dan memutuskan bahawa Datuk Abu Hassan Sharif bukan lagi wakil rakyat kawasan berkenaan selepas gagal menghadiri persidangan DUN dua kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran.
Pada 1 September, Abdul Isa memfailkan semakan kehakiman selepas SPR menerima sijil cuti sakit Abu Hassan berikutan ketidakhadirannya dalam persidangan DUN serta mengisytiharkan bahawa tidak berlaku kekosongan bagi kerusi itu dan wakil rakyat BN itu masih merupakan Adun kawasan berkenaan.
Di samping permohonan penangguhan, SPR dan Abu Hassan turut memfailkan rayuan di Mahkamah Rayuan.
Mahkamah memutuskan kerusi itu kosong Isnin lalu, sekali gus mengarahkan SPR mengadakan pilihan raya kecil.

W/pun mahkamah tinggi telah memutus Dun tersebut kosong tapi mereka (SPR) yg bersusah payah membuat rayuan.Jika SPR badan bebas tdk memihak kpd sesiapa,buat lah pilihan raya kecil. Senang kan selesai perkara. Yb yg tdk btjwb tdk seharusnya menjadi wakil ryk. EGO tdk mahu menghadiri persidangan tanpa memaklumkan kpd speaker. Alasan apa lagi dia tdk bolih digugurkan sbg wakil ryk.

I like and admire your struggle, since it is quite obivious you are SINCERE in you motive to acheive the ultimate GOAL.
it has been come to knowledge after i ve with we them in the same table, i wish PE, CI,ABT, jojis,LT, and others could hear my pledge that the present BN government have dont quite a lot of hanky-panky business. but i don’t dare to disclose well too scare for ISA. there are also a few good men still with them and i sincerely pity for them.
Doc, hanky-panky here means more or less just like MOSSARD,GESTAPO,KGB and KEMPETAI of doing things.

Next time if we saw BN candidate or thier representatives ‘beli undi’ or ‘rasuah’ voters, take their photo as evidence, then send it to SPR(but now seem allied to BN), SUHAKAM, or even publish it to internet, it is our right to gave evidence for our rights. We vote for our future and our rights,and we not vote for YB for their own purpose only. We do not vote for some about RM50 per election,that is not even enough for we to wait another election that is about to wait for another 4 years in between this election. We can deny the wins of BN in that in case they ‘rasuah’ us. The opposition party also not eccepted if they do the similar too. Because we vote for our future and our rights.

BN has no guts to go to people`s power. When they know that they are going to lose in any election, they will make use government agencies to deny a democratic process. The truth is BN does not like to be embarrassed if it loses in the election.

Where in the world you will find any gomen agency set up just to check the wrong doing of the PM? Remember this gomen agencies are appointed by the cabinet and of COURSE with the blessing of the PM. They all get their payroll from the gomen and the PM with his executive power will at any time sack anyone found to go against him.
Now those fool DB’s if anyone were given the rights to govern, the leader (PM or King) of that particular gomen will appoint ministers, jugdes, police, army, navy and etc..etc are there to protect his gomen.
Yes in democracy you would say gomen is by the people for the people, but just by name only. It is still those who sit on the throne who will have a final say. Remember when you voted, you are like given all pledge to abide with the elected gomen to do what they want to do.
But then again can you live in a country without a gomen? So the best thing to do is to go deeper into the jungle and have a free of mind.
Apearing on the front page of today’s Borneo Post, the MACC exposes abuse, flaw in spending of allocations for certain projects in Sarawak, with 60% of funding diverted. This abuse is only uncovered now. But what about all these years that the BN has been in power in Sarawak? Are the voters of Sarawak still going to trust the BN’s YBs? So what’s next?

Who dares, wins. Congratulations for daring to speak up. It only takes a few brave men to make the difference. And you are one of the few brave men.
Generally, the dayaks are brave but they too need brave leaders to lead them in this hard and uncertain time for the dayaks to catch up for a better life that they deserve.
Push hard for PK/PKR to commit in writing their fair and just AGREEMENT with Sarawak and include the following:
a. Amendment to Federal Constitution.
b. Self-Rule for Sarawak, Scotland or Wales in UK.
c. Land issues including NCR land issue be solved within two years.
d. Oil Royalty issue.
e. 21 points (18+3).
The push will also effect the BN government into faster actions to correct the flaws.

When voters go to the poll they were actually pledging to abide with the elected gomen to do what they want to do. In here its a case of sour grape for DB who still refused to let BN gomen do their works.Majority have spoken loud and clear…minority DB should just waith until the next state election. you are assuming every human on this planet cannot be trusted. all are bad guys to you. in real life, even some crooks do repent.
and secondly, i am not seeking for the perfect civilization. i am asking for noble individual.
look at reality. i doesnt take the whole human on this planet to be ‘cleansed’ from sin to start a revolution in malaysia. that wasnt so hard, wasnt it?

Jam ke diatu, Perintah BN bebendar deka nan ka kuasa diri.Sida YB lebih agi Perdana Menteri bebndar mai kitai nyukong 1 Malaysia. Nama tuju nya?
Iya ka bendar, nya semina propaganda politik sida BN aja. Sida bebulaka rakyat madahka rakyat patut diduluka tang ke bendar sida ngenuluka bala kroni BN aja tauka semina bansa Melayu ti bepengarap Islam.
Empai lama ti udah ( mansa pending aku ) ba menua kami ditu, orang ti bulih kerja nyadi PPM (Pembantu Pengurusan Murid ) semua bansa Melayu. Bah kini ka tunga bansa kitai dayak deh? Beli magang? Enda patut..patut, bansa kitai pan pandai baka orang nya meh. Nya nunjukka sida BN besiping ba bansa kitai. Jaku amat manis tang dalam ati lain-lain.
Siti-siti polisi perintah ti dikenataika ngagai rakyat endang manah magang munyi. Tang ti mai iya enda manah lebuh orang siku-siku ti bejalaika iya.
Ambi ka chunto, diatu perintah ngasuh SPA ngagihka peluang kereja ngagai semua bansa, ngambika sama ampit. Tang nama utai ti nyadi, iya nya orang ti bepangkat ba siti-siti Jabatan nya milih bansa iya tauka kaban belayan lalu suku juru sida aja. Kediatu, mimit aja bansa kitai megai penuduk ti tinggi ba opis perintah, nya ti ngujungka kitai semina dikemataka orang aja.
Lalu pia mega ba pelajar sekula, peluang anak kitai bansa chukup tipis enti masuk ngagai IPTA.
Munyi ko aku tadi, anak kitai pan pandai meh baka orang, ruang enggau peluang ka enda diungkupka orang tegal sida kepapas ka bansa kitai.
Tanya ti selalu bepusin ba pala aku ngelamatu, nama kebuah sida YB kitai bansa enda ngenataika hal tu lebuh maya baum? Lebu endar meh sida nyadi YB enti tak engketut nadai penemu dipansut, enti bejaku beanuka rakyat ti ngelaban sida, nya baru abis mechik ai liur sida. Rindu sida meda bansa diri diayahka orang.
Siti ari peragam aku, nyangka sida YB kitai dayak nadai ati deka ngemansangka bansa diri. Asal duit masuk, perut kenyang ati senang. Kapa pedulika orang bukai. Tu meh nyangka perangai sekeda YB kitai bansa ke diatu. Sida berunding ngulihka pengaya enggau reta ke diri empu tauka suku juru aja.
Enti baka nya, nadai penyadi meh bansa kitai. Baka kitai tu, semina mantaika penemu dalam blog tu aja, tang sapa sida YB ti ka kiruh macha.Muai jam sida aja lalu nadai reti ba sida.
Lebuh aku beratika gaya ubah politik Malaysia jam kediatu, bala YB BN baka “udok ti berebutka tulang”. Parti tu charut, parti nya charut. Nama kebuah charut ( baka MCA ), laban sida sama deka megai kuasa. Nama nuan bekuasa tetap bulih mayuh duit. Nombor satu diatu, iya nya duit. Sapa sida ti enda nakal enggau “berekak ka tulang nya, alah engkaing lalu rari” Bala kitai rakyat lapar, laban nadai chara enggau orang berebut.
Pegai Najib, nadai pulaika pemanah. Mayuh jaku tang utai ti dikereja enda baka nya. “Cakap tak serupa bikin”. Madahka diri deka meri rakyat tu nya tang lalu nadai nyengala. Ba pembentangan belanjawan 2010 tu tadi, orang kereja perintah enda ulih beri iya bonus. Duit abis dibasau kena 1 Malaysia, lalu siti agi program ti balat bendar masau duit rakyat iya nya PLKN.
