Central Rule by Kuala Lumpur

Yes Tunku Aziz, indeed there is a heightened sense of the distorted approach adopted not just by the central rule in Kuala Lumpur, but the messages behind it. So it is wise counsel to acknowledge that Sarawak and Sabah, two distinct countries, were signatories to an international treaty, that created Malaysia. But this is just footnote in history, and there are a range of issues that need to be considered, because “confering” equality, is not exactly the right word to use here.

Sarawak / Sabah and Malaya was never created equal

There was never a case of equals when the Independent Federation of Malaya, the independent country of Sarawak, the Crown colonies of British North Borneo and Singapore, signed what eventually became a tripartite agreement, a few years later. The level of economic progress attained by those wealthier Malay States on Malaya, was at the expense of our generosity, Sarawakian generosity in abundance that was enough to drive that economic progress in Malaya.

Never heard a word of thanks

To this day, we have not heard one single word of thanks from any Malayan politician for the wealth they helped themselves to in Sarawakian Oil and Gas. Not on one occassion was that acknowledged. Why is that?

Malaya till today has total disregard to native ethnic groups of Sarawak and Sabah

If you have not aware of this Tunku, matters went out of hand decades ago. We’re are not only talking about the callous disregard shown to the native ethnic groups in Borneo, and their collective identities and histories, but the sheer political arrogance of Malays from Malaya, openly interfering in the politics of Sabah and raising their Standards, their Symbols, on land which they have no history in, on land which they have not shed one drop of blood on and have no linguistic or cultural ties to.

UMNO BN has a Colonialist mindset

It is as disgusting and as undignifying as raising the UMNO flag right in the middle of Jakarta, for example. It is the behaviour of a Colonialist mindset, no different to past colonial administrations, where the Union Jack was the accompanying standard and god save the queen the anthem.

UMNO crossed a bridge too far.

UMNO opened a third and impossible front in the Eastern theatre, backed only by it’s token police and military presence. Oppression is the road to evil, and Jeffery Kitingan, a Borneo Leader, a son of Borneo, placed under ISA arrest. That was the first broadside.

What is the collective value of your Youth?

I put this to you Tunku, what value do you place on the flower of your Youth???? Borneo , Java, Sulawesi, these are Islands far, far away from your Home that is the Malayan Peninsula, what value do you place in the collective soul of your Youth???

Are they prepared to suffer hunger, deprivation, pestilence, famine, war, death and disrepute, all in the name to plant their Ketuanan flag in a country far away from Home???

Malaysia was formed by a treaty that was supposed to create a prosperous country

History has taught as all, that the battles that are won, like Dien Bien Phu or the Tet Offensive, does not mean victory in the political stage, neither a definite military victory in the battlefield. A Treaty that was supposed to create a prosperous country has now been watered down in Deed, and practice.

Conclusion

Tunku, the words you have for the neo colonialist youth at home, may be wise and good. But would they listen and apply these good words to deeds that give meaning and value ? I think not.

Our CM Aib is feeling tired and exhausted but he just couldn’t find anybody appropiate and suitable enough to replace him in the PBB. So he has to give his seat Balingian to his son where he will surely win. Then he will be our next CM and his father will relax in his armchair until the very end. We just wait and see what will happen.

This is just my imagination don’t take it for sure.

Oh well … the intellectual anguish from the Malaysia Agreement.

As truthful as night and day, that the birth of Malaysia, had also gave birth to the political enslavement of Borneo; there is certainty that the historical facts will be forgotten and transform into tall tales over time.

The Point of View lamentation, should be equally directed at the neo colonialist at Tunku Aziz home, as well as to the obeisance of the Borneo tribesman towards Kuala Lumpur’s rule.

Let us spare ourselves the anguish of the Malaysia Agreement redux. Either we do something to correct it, or we do ourselves a favor, and let Time erase and reformat it into a sleek 1Malaysia propaganda in our collective mind.

If for nothing else, for the love of peace.

JAWATANKUASA ANTARA KERAJAAN (JAK)
Jawatankuasa Antara Kerajaan telah ditubuhkan pada Ogos 1962 dan dipengerusikan oleh Lord Landsdowne.
Ahli2 jawatankuasa ini terdiri dari wakil kerajaan British, Persekutuan Tanah Melayu, Sabah dan Sarawak. Sabah diwakili Donald Stephens dan Datu MUstapha Datu Harun manakala Sarawak diwakili Datu Bandar Haji Mustapha dan Temenggung Jugah. MATLAMAT J.A.K ialah untuk mengkaji peruntukan Perlembagaan yang berkaitan dengan penyertaan Sabah dan Sarawak ke dlm Persekutuan M’sia. Sabah mengemukakan satu memorandum yang dinamakan “DUA PULUH PERKARA” yg btujuan melindungi hak & kepentingn Sabah. Sarawak pula tidak mengemukakan sebarang memorandum atau tuntutan. NAMUN BEGITU, Sarawak BERSETUJU dengan memorandum yg dikemukakan oleh Sabah. Berdasarkan memorandum tersebut, J.A.K telah mengesyorkan beberapa perkara PENTING iaitu :
1. Islam hendaklah dijadikan agama rasmi Persekutuan Malaysia dengan PENGECUALIAN ke atas Sabah & Sarawak
2. Bahasa Melayu menjadi bahasa Kebangsaan Persekutuan Malaysia TETAPI Bahasa Inggeris akan digunakan sebagai bahasa rasmi di Sabah & Sarawak.
3. Sistem pendidikan diletakkan di bawah kawalan kerajaan Pusat KECUALI Sabah & Sarawak yang kekal di bawah kawalan Kerajaan Negeri sehingga Majlis Negeri membuat pendaan.
4. Dalam Parlimen Malaysia, 16 kerusi hendaklah diperuntukkan kepada Sabah, 24 kerusi Sarawak dan 15 ke Singapura.
5. Imigresen terletak dalam bidang kuasa Kerajaan Pusat TETAPI Sabah & Sarawak diberi kuasa tersendiri untuk mengendalikan hal-ehwal imigresen.

Perundingan Jawatankuasa Antara Kerajaan dan sikap tolak ansur di kalangan pemimpin Persekutuan Tanah Melayu dengan pemimpin2 Sabah & Sarawak telah menghasilkan persefahaman dan kejayaan.

All we know Mr Pengayau, Chakui Chabu gain more of having Sarawak being cheated by Malaya…so he pretend to play dummy and hence remain supporter of BN/UMNO gomen.

It is high time for Sarawak /Sabah to rise. Where are all the lawyers in Sabah/Sarawak. Why can’t they work togather and take up the case to International Court and seek for justice. WHAT HAPPEN TO THEM? Do they really care for Sarawak’s Sabah’s future?

Where is a person like Mr Patrick Anek or another one, YB Voon, why can’t they lead the way at least before he move to the next world for the sake of our future generation of Sarawak and Sabah.

Nelson Mandela had shown the way and there is a real case to take. If we are sucessful, whoever the leader will be the PM of Sarawk no more CM as the position should be at par with PM of Malaya.

All we need to do now is FIHT with all our MIGHT using whatever channel that we have,taking into consideration that it must be abide by the Rule Of Law..

It doesnt matter if we FIGHT and LOST in our Battle.Keep on FIGHTING.Look at Mandela,for how long he has been PRISONED during the Apartheid Era?Suceess wont come easy and what more to say if we are against this CORRUPT REGIME..

Worst threat,
The Education ministry is sending thousands of new teachers posted to rural schools in Sarawak beginning next year. Modus Operandi….these teachers are majoring in Islamic teaching to islamise the natives/children in the interior schools. We have reason to worry because, according to figures about 30,000 Ibans were converted to Islam through marriages etc…espcially those who are quite naive and willing to take the bait. The apostates among us just doesn’t care much, years to come our future generation will be colonised through religious indoctorination. We have every reason to fear as christians.
