Events are coming in fast and strong in Malaysia under Najib. This cannot just happened but it must have a cause and effects. What is “wrong” now is the government is trying to hide all these cause and effect and now Malaysian see the “deceit and lies”.
In Dayakbaru you can see the lies and deceit of MJC, John Jamban, Dayaklama, Deo et al. These government people has no conscience over what they say or project as long as they can stay in power.
Wrong 1: – PKFZ
The Operational Executive were brought to court. With that amount of money being swindle from the government, the involvement has to be from the top. Kuala Demensi BOSS – Bintulu MP and Chairman of BN Backbencher club is still free. His accusation of $10million given to MCA Ong Tee Kiat do not seemed to be investigated.
Will the government sweep it under the carpet? Probably scheming now – we never know.
Wrong 2 – MACC Teoh Beng Hock
Teoh was investigated over an expense of $2,800.00 (Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ringgit only). The purpose of the expense is to buy flags. Can you recalled how much Kuala Dimensi squandered from the government ($). What interrogation did we hear, even the former lady GM of Port Klang was not handcuff while petty traffic offender are handcuff. Do you see the difference?
MACC lodge a police report over Dr. Porntip. MACC is the investigator, then why is MACC lodging police report on the Dr. Do you expect a police investigation officer to lodge a police report over your expert witness. Do you see that MACC is trying to upsurge the process of law?
Wrong 3: Lost Jet Engine
We have been told in the initial reporting that the jet engine was lost in 2007. A detail step by step action by the Armed forces and Police was laid out to us. The Defence Minister then was Najib himself.
Yesterday, the government media said that the jet engine was on its way to Argentina. Along the way it was diverted to another South American country. Do you know the time difference we are talking about. It happened in 2007 and the police are so smart to be able to find out that the jet engine is now in transhipment at end 2009 and early 2010.
Do you see the lies and deceit.
Effects
I will not dwell in other cases. It is enough for us to make a preliminary conclusion that UMNO is now unsettled by all these events. things are not going right as Dr. Mahathir is getting too involved in the running of the government. Tun Abdullah was pushed out and Tun Mahathir was saying if i wasted $1 billion, then Tun Abdullah must be investigated too.
Who push Tun Abdullah out – it is UMNO themselves. Now when UMNO is unsettled, what will UMNO do to Najib. UMNO will find ways to save UMNO and Najib is not important anymore. How do they do it? Information are leaked on purpose by UMNO members. The pressure will build up to get Najib to go either by internal process or the election process. The time is now right for interested parties to move against Najib.
What is Najib response?
Hisham is Home Minister and Najib first cousin. Will Hisham protec Najib – yes, Hisham will protect Najib at all cost.
Who started this “Allah” thing. Hisham did. Who appeal this case – Hisham did through his Ministry. Who threatened to go for street protest this Friday, UMNO friendly NGO. Who control the police – Hisham is. Will the Army help the police – definitely. Najib was defence Minister for a long time and many Generals was promoted by him and are still serving.
Will the protest go on? This is a good question. The next question is what is the purpose of this protest. It is a good opportunity to divert Malaysian attention to the many “problems” in Malaysia under Najib. It is also to design to get UMNO united again and continue their support for Najib.
Protest
This is a high stake political gamble in order for Najib to stay in power. I would say that the protest will happen but under very strict control of the “political masters” of the demonstrator.
The police all over the country would be alreted and asked to monitor the situation.
The fact is, the non- Muslim are not harping on the issue and is quiet about it. It is the UMNO Muslim that is making so much demand and get emotional over the court ruling. The objective is clear – that they are helping Najib to consolidate his power.
Next Election
MCA. MIC, Gerakan, SUPP are all in disarray. UMNO is now under tremendous pressure. The KPI is not working well and the country is running short of money.
The Pakatan Rakyat are gaining in strength and more cohesive as a political group and even came out with their “common platform” on issues important to Malaysia.
PAS and PKR are showing tolerance over the “allah” issue and UMNO is jumping around like monkeys to attract the UMNO Muslim attention.
Conclusion
50 years rule is a threshold for any government. BN better put up they act by owning up to their wrongs and not to aggravate the country problems with more deceit and lies.
Before it is easy for the government to lie to the rakyat. Now with blogging, those lies is seen true and the young Malaysian will learn from it and cue their response. It happened in March 08 and all I can say it is gathering momentum.
Are the government going to muzzle the bloggers? Not surprising if it happen. That is what the government is good for – remove the opposition.
Change WE must Malaysian.

Well it means whatever BN UMNO wrong-doings it doesn’t matter to corrupt Dayak BN supporters, they rather see whole Dayaks bullied, pissed by UMNO for as long they continue to get those big mega BN projects. That’s why Dayak leaders prefer silence to ensure projects keep coming.
After all these BN UMNO wrong-doings and still the Dayaks obediently vote BN then it’s means simply a proof of ignorance, stupidity perhaps beyond limit and cure, from Dayak leaders to the goons below.
For BN goons like Dayaklama pretend to be blind on UMNO now whom Dayaklama thinks can bluff more even try to divert attention to something else…like talk about God? Such a dope lah.

On PKFZ scandal, we wait for the outcome of the case for a while. According to the former MACC Chief Commissioner MACC has to complete investigations into cases in no later than a year. After a lapse of a year, if there is no decision against the person you have mentioned, then as a member of public it our right to inquire from the authority.
Concerning a police report by MACC officers against Dr. Pornthip, the family of the late Teoh Beng Hock had filed a notice of motion to commit A MACC officer for contempt of court through Messrs Karpal Singh and Company. We wait for a court decision on this matter

On PKFZ – The BIG Shark will not be convicted. Only small ‘ikan bilis’ will become the “korban”. RM10M case between DSTKS & DSOTK is not big enough to the MACC because RM2k+ in the case of TBH cause great lost to the tax payer $.
On MACC (TBH case)- they purposely delay the case so that more evidence can be detroyed. The real culprit will not be charged in the court of law. Only God knows, Amen.
Lost jet engines – The “pakpolisi” said only low rank officers were involved. It looks like that those low rank officers are very smart that they can avoid every security checks in our country right from the documents of release of the jet engines till the process of moving the engines from their camp to the a country in Africa and then Argentina…Wow!!! If that was the case, those low rank officers are much smarter than their general.
Whatever it is, those who have power will use all means to stay in their positions at the expense of the ordinary people like you and me. Let us pray to the Lord and request for TSUNAMI to wash out all the dirts.

Your ’cause and effects’ are actually symptoms of a sick government.
After nearly 50 years of uninterrupted follies and wrong-doings,BN is a sickly, aging and senile government,rapidly deteriorating. In its senility,it has become increasingly and boldly self-destructive.
In its life-time it holds to one GRAND AGENDA, that is to ultimately champion the MALAY’BANGSA’ and the MUSLIM’AGAMA’above all others.
It has not been fair to other races and religion,it has cruelly mistreated them.It has starkly differentiated MALAYS and MUSLIM from others thus causing disunity,….a unity it can never achieve. It has plundered the nation and run it like ‘organized crime’.
In doing so,it lost its conscience that God gave to all mankind. In its place are greed and evil intentions.
A man devoid of conscience is no longer a ‘man’.
The sum of all its decades of sins and wrong doings is fast approaching its GRAND TOTAL.
With it comes BN’s demise.
Home Ministry to allow protests against ‘Allah’ ruling

PUTRAJAYA, Jan 6- The Home Ministry will allow a public demonstration against the “Allah” ruling, planned by Muslim groups this Friday at the Kampung Baru mosque here, to proceed and will only take action if “things get out of hand.”
Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein Onn told a press conference here at a post-Cabinet meeting that the developments will be monitored and that action will only be taken if the need arises.
“There is a balance that needs to be addressed. We (the Home Ministry) have faced this situation before. Right now, if you do not allow the protest, it will cause a lot of emotional reaction. But if you also allow it, it might turn into a security threat,” explained Hishammuddin.
The Home Minister asserted that the core issue was the issue of safety of the country, and that the group had already been advised against the protest.
“Everyone’s been appealing to them. No one, from the government to the opposition, wants this whole thing to get out of hand.
“As long as it does not affect national security, we will not stop it yet. We plan to get closer to the would-be demonstrators and try to talk to them first.”
When asked whether the crisis surrounding the use of the word “Allah” by the Catholic church through its Herald publication had been discussed in today’s Cabinet meeting, Hishammuddin said that it had been brought up, but the Cabinet has decided to leave the matter to the Court of Appeal.
“Right now, the stay of execution has been granted … this is the normal process in line with the appeal we have filed. As the issue is right now being discussed in court, the Cabinet leaves it to the court to decide,” he said.
The Home Minister added that sensitive issues pertaining to race and religion needed to be handled with wisdom and intelligence, and that only leaders with no “ulterior motives” could ensure that the right decisions be made on the matter.
“Don’t play around with the issue of race and religion. These have always been sensitive issues that can threaten the harmonious balance of the country. Only an honest leadership will put the country’s interest above his own.”
The High Court on Dec 31 allowed the Catholic publication Herald to use the word “Allah” in its weekly publication.
This move has resulted in an uproar among some Muslims in the country, with some threatening to take their dissatisfaction to the streets this Friday.
The Home Ministry had filed for an appeal against the High Court’s decision on Monday, and for a stay of execution of the ruling.
Today, the High Court granted the stay.
Judge Datuk Lau Bee Lan made the decision in chambers after both lawyers for the government and the church came to a consensus to freeze the decision of the case to be settled in the Court of Appeal.

Jet engines: Zahid dismisses call for royal commission
KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 6 – Defence Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has dismissed calls for a royal commission to look into the theft of jet engines from the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF).
He said no commission was needed as a court proceeding on the case was under way.
“I am satisfied with the Attorney-General’s action and investigations into the case,” he told reporters after signing a memorandum of understanding between the National Service Training Department and Bank Simpanan Nasional here today.
An Air Force sergeant was charged with theft and a businessman charged with helping to dispose of stolen property in the theft case this morning.
Ahmad Zahid said he had also submitted a chronological report on the missing engines to the Cabinet last Wednesday.
He also stressed that each engine worth between RM9 million and RM20 million, not RM50 million as reported by the media.
“Each engine could not fetch more than USD8.2 million (USD1 = RM3.38) and I hope the figure will be corrected,” he added.
Ahmad Zahid urged all quarters, including bloggers, “not to create polemic” as investigations showed that no senior officers were involved in the case.
“It is unbecoming of certain bloggers to suggest that only small fry were netted while big fish got off scot-free. The court proceeding will shed more light,” he added.
Police investigations showed the two engines were brought to the Matra 1 warehouse at the RMAF air base in Sungai Besi on Nov 1, 2007, before being transferred to a place in USJ, Subang Jaya, on Dec 30, 2007, and Jan 1, 2008.
Investigations also showed that on May 4, 2008, the engines were transferred into a container and shipped to Argentina where they were off-loaded. – Bernama

Theft of two jet engines. As I can see it, more people are expected to be arrested and charged in court.
In the meantime only two persons have been charged with the two missing jet engines. A sergeant with RMAF was charged for stealing an offence under section 380 of the Penal Code, while a supply company director was charged for assisting in disposing of stolen properties an offence under section 414 of the Penal Code.
Yes, two persons for stealing and disposing of the engines have been charged. How about a person who is retaining the stolen jet engines an offence under section 411 of the Penal Code? It means that the jet engines are yet to be recovered by the police.
In the court proceeding, the stolen property is the main exhibit and is crucial to prove the case. In this case, the main exhibits are the stolen jet engines which should be tendered by the prosecution in court and without these exhibits the charges against the accused persons cannot stand. A person cannot be charged on his own confession alone as it could be obtained under duress.

Mamit, 61, will be sworn in as the deputy minister on Jan 13, said a statement from the Prime Minister’s Office.

2.King Solomon is the 1st Term MP and being promoted straight away to Deputy Minister Post compared to Dawos.Why was that?
3.Is it King Solomon is better than Dawos for all this while?
4.Do you forgot that there is no REPRESENTATIVE from the Bidayuh Community in Federal Cabinet previously?

The Minister of MyKad is planning to fine those who failed to collect them at the JPN.
One must realise that the applicants are mostly from the rural areas who are poor farmers. In Sarawak alone there are about 18,000 unclaimed MyKad. If these people are to be fined, it looks like a childish punishment, like a psycological war on the helpless citizen. Is imposing a fine the best way to call them to claim their MyKad at the JPN? NOPE! There are many better ways without hukum our own hardcore poor citizen. The JPN must device a practical way/system to contact the owners. If they can fine them, I am sure, they can also call the owners coming to their office to collect. It’s so easy. Why not compile and refer to their addresses. Send the list to the respective Ketua Kampungs so that he will inform his anak biak. It’s so easy coz we have an efficient postal services. They can send the list to the Ketua Kampung by registered letters or Poslaju. Poslaju is good coz according to our lost Sami Bilu,’Besok pos, hari ini sampai’. The minister has some money to pay the fine but the poors? To fine them RM10 per card is worth several kg of scarce sugar. Come on minister, make a sound decision. There are options available rather than being harshed and fine them. You are rich but them? Be in their shoes, huh! If one still can’t make a good decision, fair to the rayat, the chair is worth given to such person.

Dr James Dawos Mamit, the new deputy Tourism minister, said his appointment is proof that Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak lives up to his commitment to materialise his ‘1Malaysia’ conceept.
Dawos, 62, the Mambong MP and a supreme council member of the Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) said it is a new responsibility that he is dertermined to carry out to the best of his capability in appreciation of the trust given to him by the PM and Sarawak Chief Minister Abdul Taib Mahmud.
Hope that he has the energy/stamina/health to help luring more outsiders/tourists into the State as many as Suliman had done before. Any younger option?

Mr. Indiana Dawos Jones is an. assistant minister cos King Solomon didnt find it worth on the job.In football, it’s a substitution.It means a second choice player. When Bidayuh asked in 2008,the father of King Solomon didnt bother.
Indiana Dawos Jones appointment is to overseer the building of 12 more dams in Sarawak.The one in Bengoh is already giving headaches to 3 Bidayuh kampungs that are directly affected.For your information,compensation for NCR land and the relocation site is still unresolved. Don’t believe it? Walk to Kampung Semban to see for urself.
I hope King Dino is not a Bidayuh, or not even Dayak. But I am a Jagoi Bidayuh.

Yeah, the experience of the old man in the field is still very much needed, ho! King Solomon does not need that post anymore for he is inheriting the best in life. Why bother to mental torture yourself when one is so comfortable. He doesn’t need to lure the orang putih for a special dinner with them until getting some sicknesses from the western cultures. He’s great; he can do anything he likes for the cause of the thing he loves.
